location is convenient and closed to the airport

the hotel provided breakfast but all food was cold when serving and the quality needed improvements. Good transport service to the airport when leaving the hotel.

Very helpful people. Very accommodating

10/10 Exceptional

The staffs are welcoming and helpful and the breakfast is phenomenal with nutritiously tasty options. At first I thought the main entrance was unimpressive because I entered from the back after taking the shuttle van, but then I realized the main entrance is in fact on the other side and is appealing just as the photos.

Accommodating staff. Helped us with catching the regular subway to the High Speed Rail system. Nice breakfast choices.

Cozy and clean with airport transportation.

Cozy but clean. Location is near airport and offer free airport transportation. This is a big deal for an early flight schedule. Service is very friendly and nice. Not able to review their breakfast since leave for an early flight. Quiet at night with noise at the hall way. Nice stay at this hotel.

They said it’s smoking-free room but full of tobacco smell, so it was really annoying. Also very noisy so I can tell what my neighbor is doing. Bed was nice and clean though

They are able to pick up in the airport, but seems not show this service in the website. Once you need this service, you can contact with the staff in advance.

2/10 Poor

The floor wasn't vacuumed. I could hear next door using shower. There were mosquitoes although I stayed on the seventh floor. But I appreciate them taking me to the airport before 5 AM.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

Room is too small! The pictures are deceiving and was given a room not represented in the hotel’s advertising. The room had no windows. The room size was 3 ping.

廁所的門鎖不能上鎖，房間偏小跟之前住的不太一樣，但24小時櫃檯服務很好

房間很乾淨，員工服務態度親切有耐心，早餐美味，天天換口味 ，空調設施夠冷（這很重要）

8/10 Very good
