Good: quiet Bad. Its like a college dorm in a parking lot. Tired and needs to be blown up and redone. Sheer curtains only where everyone can look in. Brown and yellow decor like the sixties. Large place outside with just conctrete and cars. with not one seat to sit outside. Nowhere. The bathroom and kitchen was disgusting. Old and dirty.

Résidence hôtel de standard sans charme

Résidence hôtel situé sur les hauteurs d'Annecy que l'on peut rejoindre avec le bus numéro 2. C'est une résidence absolument sans charme, pratique car pas trop cher mais aucune décoration, c'est une ambiance froide. On se recroirait presque dans une colonie de vacances ! Un grand lit confortable qui occupe une grande partie de la chambre. Un espace cuisine pratique avec très peu de vaisselle. Une salle de bain correcte. Un parking extérieur à 3 € la nuit. Sur un côté de l'hôtel, il y a un générateur de la résidence senior d'à côté qui fait du bruit en permanence. Pas de balcon. Petite vue sur les montagnes. Le petit-déjeuner est à 12,90 € mais on ne l'a pas testé. L'endroit où on va pour être annecy et ne pas payer trop cher mais il ne faut pas en attendre autre chose.

El primer cuarto olia mal, el segundo también. Pedimos un ventilador y nos pidieron dar un deposito en efectivo que no teniamos. Ofrecimos dejar nuestros IDs, celulares, llaves de coche y nada fue solución. En la mañana abrieron sin tocar la puerta, no pidieron disculpas y nunca volvieron al cuarto para limpiarlo. Definitivamente no me volveria a quedar ahí

Nous avons passé une nuit seulement dans cet appart hôtel sur les hauteurs d'Annecy. Le lieu est calme, un parking extérieur fermé est proposé moyennant 3 euros. La ville d'Annecy est très proche. Pas de clim. Chien accepté. Petit déjeuner un peu cher mais copieux.
