Very enjoyable stay, the staff were really good. The location is a disaster though, 15 minutes outside town and hard to get Ubers, the hotel did help arrange transfers though. Seems to be full of social media influencers.

4/10 Fair

We were disappointed with our stay at Apple House in Paraty. For the price, we expected a much higher standard. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the bathroom tap was rusty, which made it feel poorly maintained. The room was also very cold, and there were very few amenities considering what you’re paying. Most of the staff spoke very little English and weren’t particularly accommodating, which made communication difficult at times. The swimming pools were all cold, so we didn’t get much use out of them, and the breakfast was very average with nothing that really stood out. If we were to visit Paraty again, we would definitely choose to stay in the historic centre instead. It’s much more convenient for restaurants, shops, and the atmosphere, and we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

I made a reservation and order 2 suites executive superior and they place us in a lower grade room and did nothing to fixe the problem. the food was terrible and they wakeup at 2345 pm to make sure will paid the bill when they ask us for our room number when we seat down at the restaurant. Terrible place I do not recommend it

The room we got was not as expected. Very dark and noisy from excessive air conditioner units outside kitchenette window. They were very stingy with towels—one bath towel for each person . No hand towels or wash cloths. The best thing was the restaurant kitchen. Very good food here! Great breakfast and dinners!

A comida é excelente!
