Boracay Haven Suites

Our stay was comfortable but unfortunately we’re not aware of the construction that’s going on until we got to the roomy. My sisters room on the 3rd floor had both sides of the rooms next to her being painted and she’s inhaling the fumes from the paint. We should have been informed ahead of time rather than finding out after you get in the room. Different accommodations should have been made possible. In our room 4th floor, also have the room prior to our room being painted.

My stay was awesome! The hotel isn’t that big, but it was nice and very comfortable. Modernesque. They were renovating the bottom floor rooms when I was there so when you went to the pool you can smell the paint and things like that. Other than that, the staff was amazing. Very attentive and welcoming. I arrived the day of my birthday and later on that night, after coming home from walking the beach, they came to my room and surprised me with a birthday cake. It was the sweetest thing, it actually made my stay that much more special because I know they pay close attention to details. Their breakfast buffet was also good. A huge variety of things to eat. They have an omelette/egg bar where they cook your omelette to order. Coffee was great... I’m a huge coffee person and bad coffee in the morning is a no go for me, but it was very good. A variety of juices, fruits, desserts (yes I said desserts, for breakfast). Also, the location of the place was literally a 2min walk to the beach. Probably the best part of it all. I didn’t have to commute anywhere, all the shops and restaurants are literally just down the street. Another great part about this location. Overall... great stay, I would stay here again :)

In the beginning of our stay we had to endure several discomfort as power shortage, noise from the pool in front of the room, pumps for the shampoo and shower soaps were not working properly. TV's reception was not clear and internet was so slow and intermittent. We had to endure all these because we had to stay inside the room because of Typhoon. However, the service of the staff was so satisfying. They were all kind and responsible for all our request. The food we ordered by room service was tasty with relatively reasonable price compare to the nearby touristy areas. Especially I wanna thank Anna who was at the front desk for her availability all the time. Beach is 5 minutes walk through the ally next to the back door of the hotel and 15 minutes walk through the Dmall. Overall it is a quite a nice and cozy place to stay as a family or friends. For couples I'd like to recommend rooms that are not on the ground floor for the privacy.

Nice small hotel. Beside D'mall at the busiest part of the station 2. Short walk to the white beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with wide choice. Walking distance to station 1 & 3. Best Buffet at Sea Breeze with cooks performance at 8 pm. Also very good desert place, Hallomanago which sometimes have to short Q. Staff at hotel are friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk staff, Joanne where she arranged our transports to Boracay island, where it is quick and short time to clear the checking at the port. Unlike those go to Boracay independently arrange by themselves. The seawater around the white sand beach are crystal clear. Activities island hopping is a must. Snorking is my favorite. Next trip will try the Scuba diving and full day snorking trip. Seafood are good but vendors charge high price needs to bargain where not my style.

Great pool! Clean room! Except slow check in, rooms are quite small, bar is in slow motion, forget about wifi connection just go out and lounge in the beach. Breakfast buffet not so great... just check your food before you eat it might have extra undesirable meat in it. :-( fly )-: wilthed veggies and moldy cauliflower. Resto-bar across the alley is very friendly and check their happy hour!
