Amazing place, very clean and good location

8/10 Very good

Perfect location, everything you need for a few nights and friendly staff. Apartment a little tired around the edges and far too hot- no means of turning down the heating even when radiators are off, but overall good value for money.

8/10 Very good

Great location, close to everything. Room was big, clean and quiet. Only negative was elevator broke down. 1st day. Son had room on 7th floor, so definitely got stair in.

It was ok. Clean but stains on carpet. Comfortable bed. I would not have stated for more than 2 nights.

We loved the location!! The two patios were amazing. Having a kitchen with a washer/dryer and the ability to cook was a bonus!!! Would definitely recommend this space.

The room was absolutely huge. Staff interaction was limited but good. Location was amazing. Could have been a bit cleaner though.

Spacious suite, very comfortable, right in the center of Glasgow

6/10 Good

Good location, but the parking on George Street property is misleading as they don't have parking on premises. I moved to the one on Bath Road and was made to pay £20 per night for parking. The bed is on wheels so it kept moving about, pretty frustrating, the blinds are in the way so windows don't open at all ( Both in the bedroom and living room) and in this weather that's a big no. The extractor fan in the bathroom doesn't work as well (no windows) The staff on duty when I checked in were very very helpful. And handled my switching accommodations pretty quickly.

6/10 Good

Great location and very spacious apartments. Unfortunately it needs urgent renovation. Balcony doors and windows are locked (no keys provided). Door bell, AC, dish washer were broken or didn’t work.

10/10 Exceptional

Our stay was fantastic! Communication with reception was great, and the unit had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and we loved having the use of a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was excellent - right downtown and close to the train station/bus stops/restaurants/shopping, but the unit itself was quiet. Our only issue was that the unit was quite warm and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the heat/turn on the AC, so information about that may have been useful in the welcome document. It helped to open the windows and there was a small fan available. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to others and would stay again.

Suite large and comfortable warm too. Very very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Accommodation very secure. Big t v and ample facilities to cook. Very noisy outside at weekend but during week not a problem Would stay again definitely as felt like home from home with benefits of hotel

8/10 Very good

Excellent space, comfortable, clean, everything we needed. Previously we’ve had a bedroom to the rear of the property, this time we faced onto George Square. Noisy with people all night unfortunately - obviously not the fault of Premier Suites.
