The rooms were not clean the microwave didnt work there was no mimi fridge or a room phone the drawers couldnt be opened they were taped shut the linen was dirty and you cant use the bath tub because it will cause a flood.

Property is old and run down. The sheets were not clean. The toilet was dirty. There was a sign in the room to take showers only. The floor had not been swept. There were burnt holes in the comforter. The towels.were stained.

The place is filthy inside and out. Doors has big gaps around them. Certainly not secure. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Linens and towels were grungy and stained.

Disgusting

This place was completely disgusting, the room looked ok from pics but not what u walk into. The restroom was dirty and the toilet didnt flush, the beds were very worndown and u could feel every spring in the matresses sticking your whole body. The door didnt shut or open easily and seals were rotted out. There were other guests underwear and clothing behind and under beds and the floor had bugs all over in restroom and room alive and dead bugs. When i went to the office to complain to management the girl at desk said she couldnt comp for dirty room and couldnt get us in contact with manager or owner. Very bad place to stay way overpriced and trashy.

Dirty filty room. Filthy sheets on bed she said she was going to change them she didn't.we came back still no towels. pillows were horrible, two flat pillows we ask for more she said she would resupply the room when we got back she didn't. the baseboards were filthy with dead bugs. all along the furniture it looks like it hasn't been swept and months behind the furniture was trash the bed felt like it was from 1955, old school TV that didn't work. A straight up crack, junkie motel!

Surprised!

I booked this hotel on line. The representative pictures and description were NOT the hotel. It was in very poor shape, the room was not clean , the "non smoking" had residual smoke smell , there were cigarette burns and holes from ash on the bed spread lining, and the office was closed and locked for the majority of my stay. A breakfast was advertised, but the only morning food was weak coffee. I will not do this again.

No matter how good the deal is when the lights are missing and wires are hanging out the wall it is a dangerous place especially for kids and even when switched rooms the conditions were just as bad we will never stay here again

This hotel was something to ser

First enter the office it was cluttered didn’t smell to fresh..Got my key had problems with that, finally got in the room, Beds was hard and pillows was flat. Floors didn’t look to clean or either did the bathroom and I’m the middle of the night to use restroom I found out they had roaches, had my kids and been driving all day so we all got in one bed to say the least..Never had a experience like it..

Drove to Orange and had no room. The place looked like a dump anyway! None of the places in the area are accepting Reservations from Expedia. Another reservation Expedia at Studio 6 were honored also.
