Coffee maker was broken. Coffee shop in the lobby was closed . Room Service number was ringing busy. Everything else was great. Guillermo the bellboy was great help! Friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

I liked the location of the hotel, there were a lot of places to go out and eat and even order online, the room was nice however the WiFi signal was not working properly in our room and it seemed like it hasn’t been swept and there was a cleaning towel rolled with the bed sheets so that was not a nice thing to find.

I have to say Isaiah may a great impression remembering me and my wife from out past visits . He greeted us with a warm welcome to the hotel while helping immediately to unload our luggage and bags for us to check in . I have to say regardless of us being long long time clients with Krystal . This hotel overall is great from start to finish . I have to say room was very clean like always . Alondra was very helpful too my helping book my ride to the airport. Thanks for the awesome stay and hospitality.

8/10 Very good

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. The only thing I was a little scared of was the shaking when using the elevator. I hope they fix it soon. Also, there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building. It probably came from outside.
