I stayed for two days and would like to say that everything in the hotel is organized in an excellent way and the staff is polite and helpful except not many of the staff people can understand and speak English and that caused confusion. An overall good hotel with attention to detail. Food was good, large private beach and amazing staff, specially lady at the shop! Only issues are that it should mention when booking that this is a resort for German speaking guests… plus no kettle in rooms and no smart tv… german speaking channels! As english speaking guests we felt left out sometimes, specially during events. Plus 180 euros for a doctor’s visit is unacceptable! But value for money for sure for food and beach. Professional team! Nice work!

The hotel staff were amazing. We were there for our anniversary and they were very excited to help with flowers, cake, champaign and a romantic dinner table on the terrace. Our air conditioner did not work and it was very hot. I informed the staff and they said they would fix it but did not arrive until 10 pm when we were already in asleep in bed. Otherwise it is a great hotel. I am a competitive swimmer and the hotel has a nice 33 meter lap pool which allowed me to train at 6 am which was awesome.

The room temperature cannot be lowered to desired digit; there were ants in the bed. Apart from those inconveniences my stay was very pleasant. One additional feedback I would like to offer is that the bases of the cups in which forks and knives rest on the tables in the dining room are dirty (dirt have accumulated over time at the base of the cups).

billed me twice

ones i came in everything was great, fast check in, smiling personal , room is clean, good view, I paid for my stay as it was in my booking for four nights stay. next day i got a letter from receptionist that i need pay another 360€ for the child. Before i booked my stay online , i found the info on site that children stay free, so i was very surprised, specially they did not notificate me right away before the check in when i gave them our passports, they seen me with a child... I paid it, because didn't have time and mood fight and move out with the kid. but fact is, its not right management. Possible that they decided charge me more because im American, its german hotel 98% of clients are from germany . So think before you go there. service and animation is excellent if you dont mind find surprise like this after check in.

Oda genişliği, manzarası, düzeni, her gün temizliği, çalışanların güleryüzü ve nezaketi, ilgisi, havuz genişliği, denizinin güzelliği ve temizliği, denize konulan şişme dubalar, bahçede dinlenme alanları, hizmet çok iyiydi. Otel misafirlerinin sanırım %70-80 ini Alman misafirler oluşturuyor, diğer kısmı Türk ve diğer ülke misafirleri. Böyle olunca doğal olarak hizmetler de daha çok onlara yönelik oluyor. Aktivitelerde daha çok dil olarak Almanca kullanılıyor. Ama bu kısım bizi rahatsız etmedi. Yemekler görsel olarak tatmin edici fakat Türk mutfağına çok uygun değil. Özellikle etler çok az pişmiş hatta pişmemiş gibiydi zaman zaman.. En kötü eleştirim özellikle dışarıdaki atıştırmalık, yemek saatlerinde inanılmaz sinek vardı ve sürekli yiyeceklerin üzerindeydiler, yiyecekleri kapaklı muhafaza etmeleri gerekiyor... Bahçede bir tane sinek kapanı gördüm, bu hoşuma gitti ama bunlardan yiyecek bölümlerine yakın çok sayıda konulması gerekiyor. Gündüz aktiviteleri pek yok, plaj voleybolu ve havuzda jimnastik gördük sadece.Akşam eğlencesinde çalan şarkılar güzeldi, dans gruplarını çok beğendik. Akşam yemeklerinde kıyafet konsepti yapılıyor ve konaklayanlar buna çok özen gösteriyor, biz uygulamadan takip etmediğimiz ve durumu sonradan anladığımız için buna tek uymayan çift olarak kendimizi garip hissettik.Herkes en şık siyah beyaz kıyafetlerini giymişti, biz renkli ve özensiz sanırım tek çift olarak yemekte kendimizi uyumsuz ve rahatsız hissettik..Havuz kenarı şezlonglar yetersiz..

Dinlenmek ve kafa dinlemek için oldukça uygun bir otel. Plajın sol tarafının kayalık olması, sağ taraftaki halk girişinin ise yaklaşık 2 km uzakta bulunması sayesinde plajı neredeyse sadece otel misafirleri kullanıyor. Bu nedenle oldukça sakin ve keyifli. Tesis olanaklarını konaklayan kişi sayısına göre yeterli buldum; oda, yemekler, plaj ve bardan genel olarak memnun kaldım. Özellikle spor salonu benim için büyük artıydı. Plajda yüksek sesle müzik çalmaması çok güzel. Plaj barındaki lounge müzikler de ortama oldukça yakışıyor. En büyük eleştirim akşam DJ performansına. Yaklaşık 20 yıl öncesinin parçaları, pek iyi olmayan geçişlerle çalınıyor. Daha güncel house, pop ve elektronik müzik ağırlıklı bir repertuvar akşam atmosferini çok daha eğlenceli hâle getirebilir. Otel her şey dahil olsa da bazı yönleriyle daha çok “basic paket” hissi veriyor. Yelken sörfü, bisiklet turları ve tenis dersi gibi güzel aktiviteler mevcut ancak bunlar ekstra ücretli ve fiyatları dışarıdaki alternatiflere yakın. Örneğin bisiklet turu günlük 41 euro. Terasta akşam yemeği için de ayrıca şişe açtırmanız gerekiyor. Konaklama fiyatı benzer her şey dahil otellere göre makul. Genel olarak sakinlik, plaj ve tesis kalitesi açısından memnun kaldığım bir konaklama oldu.
