You definitely question staying here when you first pull in as the parking lot and exterior of the building look very questionable. Staff checking us in was very nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. People were sitting outside the rooms next ours smoking and you could smell it in our room. The ice machine was broken so we had to drive over to gas station to get some. I can't comment on the breakfast because they didn't start serving it until 7:30 and we were already on the road by then. It is a motel type where you can back right up to your room door which made it nice for loading and unloading. Rooms were very big which was nice.

Rooms were clean, linens were clean, although some of the towels were getting a little thin and needed replacing. The continental breakfast was a little sparce, standard fare, but on a Sunday morning when the Mormon town of Blanding almost completely shuts down, one is grateful for a cup of coffee and a little bite to eat (although there is a nice food station at the nearby Mavrick gas station). All in all a pleasant motel that is pet friendly, which we were grateful for. The pet fee is very reasonable and they don't try to rip you off like some hotels do.

The check in person was friendly. The towels were thin and the microwave didn’t work. I had to use microwave in the lobby. The breakfast doesn’t start til 7:30. If you want just a bed to sleep on, you will be fine. If you want more, this may not be the place for you.
