The pool was closed, the restaurant was closed, the was no breakfast (all advertised when we booked). The halls smelled like weed. The window in one of our rooms was broken open to the outside. There was mold in the shower, the curtains had holes. The staff (who had no control over any of this) were kind and welcoming. They fixed our window.

I walked in and asked if this was the hotel, that should give you a good idea. The outer doors were broken, inside smelled like weed, the room was TERRIBLE. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. I did not feel safe.

Front desk was friendly. Check in was fast. When we got to our room, the feont door had been damaged, but still worked. Room had not been cleaned, beds were filthy, there was animal hair all over. There were cockroaches on the tub, cockroach eggs in the drawers, walls were filthy. There were popcorn kernals under the air unit and a crayon on the floor, there was dust and dirt everywhere. A broom goes a long way! There was what appeared to be dried blood on the bedding and doghair encased the bases of the beds. No remote for the tv, and only 1 pillow per bed. Would not reccomend this place to anyone. It was disgusting!

The room was clean and roomy. Check in was not good, but the gentleman at the front desk wasn't at fault- he was new and our reservation was not right or something so he had to shuffle things around, but he got us taken care of in about 45 minutes. No coffee on property so had to dress and go to restaurant in the morning. It said mini fridge- there wasn't- said complimentary breakfast in casino- for an additional fee(?)- but casino and restaurant were closed!!! Saturday night people were outside our window cussing and talking loud until about midnight.

Windows in both rooms broken and could open from outside! Fire alarm in room dismantled. Zero hot water, even at 4 am. WiFi not strong enough to reach our rooms. One heater not working sufficiently. Tip: use a piece of the coat rack to brace windows from being pushed open. Good: nice staff, allowed us to check in an hour early. Room cleanliness was as expected for the price. Sheets worn but clean.

The first night I was there, I was in a room where the air conditioner was broken and pieces of it were laying on the floor. The bed had not been changed from the previous person who slept in it and there was urine on the seat of the toilet. The next few nights I was in a room that had been cleaned and was in better condition. The staff was friendly.

Staff great, hotel needs a little work

Pro: if you’re tired no just passing through for the night (so long as it’s not in the summer), this hotel would be fine. The staff were a little overwhelmed, but they were very friendly, they tried to fix things, they tried their best to help everyone. Cons: air conditioners didn’t work in two rooms. Cleanliness was an issue throughout as well. We left early after one night due to the air conditioner issue and the staff was great about us checking out early.

There was no breakfast available! The restaurant was closed for good! The Pool was closed and looked like a dump. The Casino was closed. The Breakfast, Resturant, Pool and Casino had been closed for awhile, with no opening date scheduled. We had called last spring to make reservations and was told, all the above was open! There was not even an ice bucket in the room. The place is a dump! The staff did a good job with what they had to with!
