This is a post-industrial bohemian living space walking distance from excellent cafes and restaurants in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires. Only minor issue was the volatile organic compound odor from the painting operations in the adjacent art studio.

No estaba preparado cuando fuimos. Tenia mucho olor a humedad. Era muy inferior a las imágenes. No daban factura.

+ komfortabel seng . + kjøleskap . + varmt vann i hele oppholdet.+ Klimaanlegg.+ Beliggenhet.

Great Apartment

I would definitely recommend these apartments. Comfortable and generally quite at night, great shower, good array of kitchen utensils and a good size fridge. The double bed was nice as well.

Quarto Amplo

Quarto amplo e bem ventilado, tudo muito novo e agradável.

convenient, clean but bad WiFi

Clean apartment, with interesting Art From Trash with friendly staff and a nice location close to bars and restaurants. However, the A/C was not working which I discovered late at night with cold consequences, the WiFi kept connecting and disconnecting and there was no hand soap in the bathroom, which was a little surprising.

Viaje a Cap Federal

PROS: Great location & rooms. Spacious well equipped. Very kind staff CONS: Small bathrooms w/ occasional leaks Slow elevator No daily room cleaning

Malo

No services. Accomodations were not acceptable

This hotel presents as a boutique but it was a sad version of one. Would not recommend

Excelente

Excelente apartamento. Cama muito confortável. Limpo e amplo. Cozinha anexa completa. WiFi ótimo. Apto localizado no bairro de Palermo. Próximo a avenida principal. Custo benefício muito bom. Vários comércios na proximidade.
