The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are shared but to a weary traveller in the very hot airport it was like and oasis in the desert. Nice and cool, clean sheets on a comfortable bed. Access to shared bathrooms but each one has everything you need and feels very private.

First off, both the hotel and hotels.com should be WAY MORE CLEAR that your booking at this hotel is for 6 hours only. You have to pay $45/hour for any additional hours. I wish had I known that prior to booking this hotel as there are plenty of other, better hotels just outside of immigration for the same price... that you can stay in all night. This is very specifically for somebody who doesn't want to leave the airside of the airport. I would not do this again. That said, the rooms are perfectly nice and theoretically convenient - there was construction going on in the area during my stay, and the escalator was out.

Unfortunately the meals area is permanently closed. You are given vouchers which are useless to us as we prefer different food. Beds now are hard not luxurious anymore. Aircon in rooms has no fan speed adjustment so it blows on you constantly. Also temperature control does not go under 21c anymore. Pool area great. Have been coming for years. These little fixes needed for a weary traveler. Staff great.

Perfectly positioned for a lengthy layover. The room was quiet, clean and well appointed. It was disappointing to learn that they no longer have a restaurant and despite being given 2 $10 vouchers it was very inconvenient to have to search for an alternative breakfast. Also it felt overpriced with this lack of expected facility.

Need 3 things to check in: 1. Passport 2. Boarding pass of flight you’re getting off of 3. Boarding pass of flight you’re getting onto. The 12 hours begin when you check in, not at a set time like 6 am to 6 pm. It was very helpful that both legs of the journey were with the same airline so they could check our luggage thru from original airport to destination so we did not have to claim in Singapore where the transfer hotel was in.

We had paid for 12 hours plus a meal. Because the hotel was changing hands, there was only a choice between two boxed meals. We were not warned of this when we booked. The vegetarian rice meal was okay. (The other choice was cheeseburger.) This time the air conditioning was not too cold. :-)
