Wir haben hier 11 Nächte als Familie verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin Anna mit ihrem Team von der Reinigungsfrau über den Frühstücksservice bis hin zur Köchin sind sehr herzlich und machen den Aufenthalt zum wahren Genuss. Das Frühstück ist köstlich, abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Auch gibt es die Möglichkeit sich Abends bekochen zu lassen. Wir durften mit der Gastgeberfamilie Ostern feiern, was durch eine rhodische Tanzgruppe und traditionelles Essen einen tollen Einblick in die Kultur geliefert hat und zugleich ein kulinarisches Highlight gewesen ist. Für Kinder gibt es Kinderstühle, Beistellbett und Spielsachen. Die Lage ist ideal um die schönsten Strände der Insel zu erkunden und wandern zu gehen. Besser kann man unseres Erachtens nicht Urlaub machen und sich erholen.

Gli studios sono carini e accessoriati, ogni giorno cambiano gli asciugamani e vengono puliti. Al sabato siamo stati invitati a cenare e a ballare ed è stato molto piacevole. Суббота и среда - в подарок от хозяев - традиционные ужины с музыкой и танцами. Замечательное отношение и обслуживание: Мы приехали в первой половине дня - нам предложили завтрак за счет хозяев, до регистрации. Подарили сувениры при выезде. Хозяева предлагают прокат машины по выгодной цене. Возможен транзит из/до аэропорта ( если арендуешь машину на 3 дня - транзит бесплатно).

Location top, si trova in una posizione eccellente a due passi dal centro e a 50mt dalla bellissima spiaggia di Faliraki. La struttura è di recente costruzione e i monolocali sono dotati di tutti i confort, manutenuti e curati in ogni particolare. Anna (la titolare) con il suo fantastico team, allietano il soggiorno con un'ottima e abbondante colazione arricchita ogni mattina da un dolce tipico preparato e servito direttamente da Efi (chef di pasticceria). Molto gradite anche le due serate settimanali (mercoledì e sabato) con cena offerta e balli tipici. Anche la possibilità di affittare auto, moto, scooter o quad direttamente nella struttura è una comodità da non sottovalutare. Gentilezza, cordialità e la massima cura dei clienti sono la ciliegina sulla torta.

Quelle belle découverte que d'arriver chez Anna et Ilias. L'endroit est très bien situé, très proche de la plage, à proximité du centre ville sans être trop près pour éviter les nuisances sonores. Notre appartement était parfait, simple mais avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Et que dire de l'accueil ! Exceptionnel ! Un très grand merci à Anna pour son dynamisme, sa gentillesse, ses petits plats pour nous régaler, ses cours de danse...tout était parfait, nous reviendrons !

Studios gestito benissimo, vicino alla spiaggia

Ottima esperienza, sia per la comodità del posto, a due passi dalla spiaggia e al centro di Faliraki, sia per la pulizia delle camere, ma anche per l'ottima gestione da parte di Anna e del suo staff. Oltre alla colazione ci hanno offerto 2 sere a settimana la cena, ci hanno preparato il vero yogurt greco ogni mattina e un dolce diverso ogni giorno. Anna è una persona disponibilissima, parla un po' italiano, ci ha coinvolto nei balli la sera delle cene (sirtaki compreso), ci ha consigliato i posti da visitare, è sempre sorridente ed è stato un piacere soggiornare da lei. Se dovessi tornare a Rodi andrei di nuovo da lei. Lo consiglio caldamente a tutti.

Perfect location in Faliraki

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura perche' inclusa nel pacchetto volo+hotel di Expedia. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio transfer da/per aereoporto dato che abbiamo noleggiato un'auto per 3 giorni tramite il loro "rent a car". Appena siamo arrivati ci hanno offerto 3 bottigliette d'acqua e poi con calma ci hanno condotto al nostro appartamento composto da una stanza con cucinotto, tavolo, letto matrimoniale, armadio, scrivania e comodini, poi un bagnetto con doccia e piatto doccia ed infine un'altra spaziosa camera con 2 letti, comodino, armadio e mobiletto. L'appartamento e' dotato anche di phon, ferro da stiro, zanzariere, impianto di aria condizionata, tavolino sul balcone e stendibiancheria. Al mattino tutti gli ospiti sono accolti con un caloroso "Calimera" dallo staff al bar per un'abbondante colazione a buffet a base di frutta, yogurt con miele greco, insalata greca, tramezzini, bacon, uova, pane, succhi di frutta, croissant, marmellate etc. Al mercoledi' e sabato sera viene organizzato un party con anche barbecue nel giardino e non si puo' evitare di non essere trascinati nei balli greci! La struttura e' vicina a dei supermarket e a dei negozietti in cui acquistare tutto l'occorrente se si vuole cucinare. La spiaggia e' raggiungibile in 2 minuti e il centro del paese e' sufficientemente distante (6 minuti a piedi) per non essere disturbati dal via e via degli altri turisti.

Einen besseren herzlicheren Aufenthalt kann man sich kaum vorstellen. Das ganze Team war ausnahmslos hilfsbereit und freundlich,allen voran Anna, die wirklich authentisch liebevolle Chefin. Es war einfach alles perfekt.Das Frühstück ist vielseitig u.a. mit selbstgemachten griechischen Spezialitäten, jeden Morgen eine neue kulinarische Überraschung. Die Lage ist genial, nur 100m zum schönen Sandstrand. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Anlage liegt ruhig, aber man ist trotzdem in ein paar Minuten fußläufig in Faleraki Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Diese Anlage ist vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.

Rigtigt fint lille hotel

Dejligt, lille hotel i nærheden af havnen. Ikke mindre end en fantastisk modtagelse og service hele vejen igennem af Anna og hendes stab. De lokale katte bliver behandlet godt - det siger noget om den holdning, der hersker på hotellet :-) Vi havde et værelse i stueetagen med udsigt til en hæk. Til gengæld var der indkig ude fra vejen. Næste gang skal vi højere op i bygningen. Det er et prisdygtigt turisthotel, så forvent ikke det helt store, overdådige morgenbord - men det nødvendige var der.
