Very unique historic venue, great made-to-order breakfast (if you are there on the weekend). Check-in was easy even without a front desk, & all the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating of my little dog.

We had a class reunion here. It is a historic site and has good ambience. The restaurant is very good. I don't know if they also catered our buffet, but it had room for improvement. The rooms are nice but not accessible except by stairs that have different height steps.

This place was amazing from start to finish. The owner and staff takes care of great pride in maintaining a respectful property. They really care about doing things right. The property was clean, tidy and welcoming. Dinner and breakfast tasted amazing anf were more than fair priced. If you want a relaxing stay where you can really disconnect and enjoy a slow pace-this is it. We will be coming back for certain!

Great, except!

Great stay, except the restaurant has very limited hours, and nowhere in town to eat. Luckily the next very small town over, Latham Saloon serves excellent food….

Wichita

We arrived on the 4th of July so things were pretty quiet and the cafe was closed. The area around the hotel is serene and we enjoyed sitting at one of the many picnic tables outside. We also enjoyed checking out the vintage caboose and airplane across the street.

We were only going to stay one night and ended up staying two nights! It was just a fun, old hotel. We saw the planes fly in and out in the morning.
