The location is perfect and the staff at this hotel were awesome. They did everything they could to make my experience a good one. Unfourtunately the problem is with the building. We got a non-smoking room and despite changing rooms, cigarette smell was still coming in to the bathroom through the floor. I paid good money for this stay and management needs to address this cause me and my family could not wait to leave.

Located at 3rd floor of a conner shop lot, easy access to XiMenDing The restaurant below also not open too ealry nor until too late. Able to get a quiet sleep. The only challenge is have to walk a floor of staircase before able to rwach the elevator.

No lift at level one !!!

THE LIFT IS AT LEVEL 2 , NEED TO CARRY HEAVY LUGGAGE UP STEEP AND NARROW + CROAWDED STAIRS , IT WAS THE BREAKING POINT FOR ME. Location is amazing , everything within reach , room is very humid , AC cannot be used to dehumidified the room else the fan coil make loud noise , can't sleep the whole night , thin walls, paid almost NT 3k for one night, therefore not worth, if during normal days it might be worth your stay. Blankets are just very thin sheets like bed sheets. So the room is either very cold and humid , or dry but super noisy because of fan coil, feedback to staff and was told their AC can't dehumidified the room, not supposed to do so , humidity cannot be helped. The buffet one level below is good. Staff are friendly and helpful, but many things can't be helped.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, which was about 5 minutes walk to the Ximen MRT Station. The hotel is directly above a Family Mart convenience store, which made purchasing of necessities very quick and easy. The hotel room was relatively well kept and clean. However, the hotel reception was located on Level 3 and the building's lift lobby was on Level 2. This meant scaling up the stairs with luggage, which was not ideal for my elderly parents. Fortunately, I was able-bodied enough to bring their luggage together with mine up the stairs. My hotel room's bathroom was an open concept, i.e. there was no screen that separated the shower area, toilet and sink area. Furthermore, the bathroom did not have any hooks installed on the walls, which meant I could not hang clothes or bath towel anywhere in the bathroom. There was no towel rack to hang used bath towels too, and the only place to place them was on the horizontal bar installed on the outside of the bathroom door handle. That posed a slight inconvenience. We feedback this to the hotel staff and they were not willing to take the initiative to even have a 3M wall hook pasted on the bathroom wall. For the price I paid, I would rather have topped up a bit more money for hotels that have their reception on the ground floor and with better bathroom amenities.

Bad Experience

If my friend try to book this hotel, I will stop him. Just location is Okay, but that's it. This hotel doesn't have Safty Box in the Room. I asked to manager I need safty box for my cash and passport, and she answered "it will be okay." "Will be Okay? that's it?" And this hotel doesn't clean your bed everyday. It was my first time this kind of bad service. I Stayed 4nights and this hotel changed my bed sheet just once. I complained and manager said this is rule for the hotel. And the card key holder of next my room was out of order..and annoying sound didn't stop for several hours.. but hotel couln't fix it.. for about half a day, annoying sound alarmed....I couldn't stay in my room because that annoying alarm sound of card key holder was too loud. Small.. not clean bad servcie(cleaning sheet just once in two days) and most of all annoying sounds.. staying in every seconds in this hotel was not good memory

Bad experience

We were welcomed with a narrow flight of stairs when we arrive, level 2 is occupied by a BBQ restaurant which makes it harder to climb during when it's crowded. Traffic flow was totally chaotic. We were told that we could have gotten help from them with our luggages which we told them first day is fine, would definitely require help on our last day. Sound proofing of the room was extremely bad. We could totally hear the entire conversation between staff and guest coming in and out of the room. Kept us awake throughout our stay. Particularly in one of the nights where the fire alarm went off at 2am for no reason and went on for 2-3hours, waking the entire world up. The room was extremely smelly despite having it feedback to their staff and cleaner and was even told off by the cleaner with her defensive attitude that she did her job. They could not do anything to it and did not allow us to change our rooms even though one of their staff promised to change it for us if it doesn't gets better. Their common excuse was the place is fully booked when we did see empty rooms around. We had to get our own freshener to place it around the room. Good thing freshener weren't expensive in Taiwan. On our check out day, the place was only the run by one petite lady. They were understaffed, told us no one else could help with our luggages except her because their supervisor is not here yet, expecting us to wait for their manpower to arrive when our ride to airport has arrived.

優點：地點很好，位於西門町正中間 缺點：房間基本上什麼都沒有，只有一對像紙一樣遇水即溶的拖鞋。廁所很容易塞，只放了一張薄紙巾便塞了，很恐怖。也許是因為這樣，房間長期充滿着一浸臭味，感覺不衛生。 浴室完全沒有乾濕分離，整天都滿地是水，要自己到樓下便利店買膠拖鞋才比較方便進入。 沒有牙膏牙刷，也是要自己買的。 Wi-Fi超級慢。

机の上の電気がつかないと言ったら，卓上LEDランプを貸してくれた。 特別不満はないが、部屋の照明が暗い。 3泊4日だったが部屋の清掃は1度だけなのでゴミが溜まってしまう。 タオルは言えば交換してくれたのでとりあえずいいと思う。 何度も泊まっているのでまた利用します。 2階まではエレベーターがありません。 2階までは階段で、それからエレベーターに乗ってフロント，客室階に行く感じです。 階段を登りたくない人にはおすすめできません。

整體算是中等質素，勝在價錢比較合理，但房間整體的感覺也能從價格體現出來。窗簾透光嚴重，如果前一日玩得太晚早上要補眠的話恐怕不可能。另外浴室的門剛好入住的是壞的，地板也不算很整潔。提供的無線網絡連接速度與質素過低，別期望能用來工作，特別是需要上下載量高的負荷。 還有一點是旅店的設計，它是樓上的其中一層，所以基本上24小時也會有不是入住酒店的人出入。故貴重財物要隨身。還好職員的服務態度不錯，算是整個入住體驗最好的一環。
