The hotel is good enough

I disappointed with hotels.com. You confirmed my booking room although you don't have partnership with the hotel. The hotel rejected my booking room and I must pay in cash to the hotel. So I paid double, paid to hotels.com via credit card and paid in cash to the hotel. Please, can I get back my money?
