We traveled to Goreme as a side trip from Istanbul. I had researched Capppadocia so I knew about cave hotels, however it was still an amazing sight when we walked into our beautiful room and it was indeed carved out from a cave! I don't think my mind was quite prepared for that. We arrived after a plane ride and car ride I was worried that we would have to wait for our room as it was only 10am. We were greeted and shown right up to our room , it had a King and a twin bed ( 3 of us travelling) and we were able to relax a bit before exploring. The room and bathroom were huge. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived we found the staff to be genuinely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was set up daily by 8:30 and was delicious. Plenty of healthy choices and some daily variety of breads, eggs, fruits, veg, cheese and olives. Hidden Cave's location is great... an easy few steps to the main street of Goreme. Don't miss out on watching the hot air balloons from the rooftop at 5:00 am each morning- its a truly magical sight! I highly recommend Hidden Caves and I am glad this was our choice for staying in Goreme

Wow! This hotel was amazing. We stayed in a beautiful cave room. It was everything we expected and more. Even the bed was carved in stone. Additionally each room we stayed in had a very nice sitting area in a sheltered outdoor area. The location was great and a short walk to many restaurants and nightlife. The staff were amazing some truly kind and helpful people. The breakfast was just ok. There were some great public spaces and lounges on property.
