A great value for the money. Rooms are updated and clean. Nice location.

Rooms were clean. Checking in was super easy. Was a little disappointed after a long motorcycle ride there, the advertised hot tub looked like it had been out of commission for an extended amount of time. Definitely not a deal breaker. Our group had a great time going into town and then walking a short distance from the hotel to have dinner and some relaxing cold beverages.

The check in was easy, our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Close to town, we could of walked but chose to ride. Great value stay!

Staff was friendly and room was clean and fresh. Air conditioning worked great and location is wonderful. It is also next door to a tubing location which could be fun to have quick access to.

The property was a little rundown but the room was updated. The floor was dirty especially under the beds. The staff were helpful and had great recommendations. They were also patient especially since we were running late.

No staff on site, everything is handled through a central phone line. Room was not cleaned, popcorn still under bed from previous guests and toilet was not cleaned (don’t ask how I know). The room seemed like it was freshly renovated, new flooring, vanity, bed/mattress, and AC which came in amazingly since it was smoky and hot during our visit. Lots of parking, next to a small grocery store and only two stories tall with balconies on floor two.

We stay in Winthrop on a regular basis. This hotel is friendly to our pups and us. The staff is very pleasant.

8/10 Very good

The room #207 on the second floor was great, clean and with main amenities. The only problem was the lock of the restroom as it was not working properly and we could not open the restroom from the inside. No issues for us, as we were two guests, but if a single person would be using the room, he/she could stuck in the restroom for a long time. This must be fixed for future guests.
