plenty of parking, outside area was wonderful. the room was not clean, the toilet had diarrhea liquid on the outside of the bowl, the shower leaked constantly, found trash under the bed and cobwebs all over. no breakfast is even offered but they charge peak season prices for a dirty room.

Person at front desk was nice. First room that was given to us had wall air conditioner falling out so we could see the outside and there was dog hairs on the pillows and stains all over the carpet. My kid who is allergic to dogs was having a reaction. We exchanged rooms with ease and second room was clean though bed was not comfortable. Location is good. Nice walk to downtown and next to grocery store.

Outdated and a little run down

Very outdated. At least a mile to walk to town. Air conditioner wouldn't turn off so we froze at night. Pictures make it look really nice but it's a very run down looking building and needs some serious TLC. Bed, however was very comfortable.

When I arrived there, the lights didn't work. I called someone using the emergency phone number and somebody came and fixed it. It took 30 minutes. After he left, I found out the sink had a problem. It didn't drain. I called again. The same person came bringing clog remover. It took another 30 minutes and even the sink didn't fixed well. My family and I were quite tired and wanted to take a rest but we wasted more than one hour to wait someone fixing it!! I asked for getting another room but they said no room was available.

The staff were excellent, the place is old an unkept. Our room was clean but the cleaning supplies are kept out in open on the landing. They hot tub was not usable. It just seems unkept. For $10 more I'd stay at the Abby Creek in again. It's quite cute, and kept up a lot better.

We were there two nights. The first morning they ran out of coffee in the very small area they have. One Kurig for over 20 people. Was promised coffee for the next day, did not happen and staff just did not care. Definitely not set up to handle breakfast, therefor would not recommend.

Our room was very comfortable, the location of the hotel was very convenient, the breakfast served was delicious and nutritional, and they have allowed us to bring our cat. Overall, i recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Winthrop.
