This was one of my favorite places to stay! Its a beautiful location to stay with a rich history. The staff was fantastic answering all of my many questions and even sending information when the walkways would be slippery. Also, their scones in the morning were incredible. Lovely historic home with well appointed rooms. I love that there are food and snacks available at all times and on different levels of the house we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when returning to Salem will stay again. Everything was wonderful, and the bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. What a nice property. Good coffee and lots of prepared snacks ready to grab any time. The only odd thing is that check-in is after 4PM, and the desk closes at 5PM. If you can't be there during that hour, you can check-in online, and they arrange for you to get in after hours, which did work well.
