10/10 Exceptional

Great views and great location! Loved having a patio to sit on to drink coffee in the morning

8/10 Very good

Good location and within walking distance from the train station. The rooftop bar is not always available, as it is rented out for private events. If you're on the top floors, there's a great view of the city. It would have been nice to have a buffet sort of breakfast included as part of the room billing

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel itself and our room in particular were phenomenal. We happened to be there during a conference which seemed to take over the lobby and public spaces and a central restaurant, so that was a bit inconvenient and unpleasant. That said, the staff could not have been livelier, I believe we were upgraded to a corner room with a massive terrace and the location for walking., dining, recreating, could not be beat. Can’t wait to come back!!

Friendly staff, clean spacious room! Loved the balcony and pool. We had an issue where the door lock battery went dead and we couldn’t get in. They sent someone up at 11:30pm to fix and then called us and offered to comp our pool tab for our troubles! Amazing service.

8/10 Very good

Everything was great. Just don’t stay on a high floor on a Friday or Saturday night if you need to get sleep. There is a very loud bar/club on the roof that we could hear in the room and it shook the entire room until 11:30/12. Great pool and restaurants are good as well. Love the terraces off the rooms as well. The views of Manhattan are beautiful!.

10/10 Exceptional

The outstanding feature of this hotel is the rooftop bar - trully breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline especially by night. (Trully breathtaking prices up there too but what price that view??). Lovely outdoor pool area on 4th floor with gorgeous views too. Pool a bit chloriney but guess you need that given the use it gets. Definitely recommend for a short NY stay with chance of a bit of downtime at the pool. Only negative was local taxes for 2 days, over 100 dollars! bit of a shock but hotels.com does note local taxes are extra.
