Check -in staff were very helpful. We had a lovely balcony room overlooking the water. There was good storage and happily there was Netflix on the TV. There was a good selection for breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The only improvement would have been to have a small fridge in the room.

Wonderful hotel with a great riverfront location in a beautiful part of the Norfolk Broads. The hotel was very clean & the staff were excellent. The only issue was that it was very busy in high season. Because of its great location it is a magnet for day trippers and boaters. This is great for the hotel but sometimes difficult to find a quiet corner if that is what you are looking for. However, I am already planning our next trip here as we loved our stay there.

Such a lovely hotel in a prime location where you can watch the boats from the outside terrace (or your room if you’re lucky enough to have one facing the water). The rooms were lovely and clean with everything you need for a fantastic break (the fan provided was very much appreciated during the particularly hot nights when we stayed). Breakfast was also a highlight with so much choice - I worked my way through the cooked breakfast menu and couldn’t fault any of it. The staff were also very attentive and friendly, particularly the lady at breakfast (sorry, I didn’t get her name). I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay over the weekend and the room we had overlooked the river which was so relaxing. We also ate in the hotel and the food was very good. The only thing I would say is they allow dogs throughout the hotel including in the restaurant so be aware should you be visiting.

We love staying at Hotel Wroxham. The staff are very welcoming, the bedrooms are all very good and well appointed, and the views of the river are fantastic from the restaurant. The terrace is right on the edge of the river, it's a lovely relaxed place to spend an hour or two just watching the majestic swans and the boats go by. The only drawback is that if you can't climb stairs, there isn't a lift, although there is only one flight of stairs. But no ground floor bedrooms.
