Everything was fine. Just the highway nearby was easy to notice (even more in the night) and the only option for breakfast is sweet breakfast. Not my thing.

During my stay at this hotel, I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was dirty upon arrival, with stains on the bedding and dust everywhere. The bathroom seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in days, and there was an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. When I complained about the condition of the room, I was brushed off, and nothing was done. To make matters worse, after my stay, I did not get my deposit back, despite leaving the room in good condition and trying to contact them multiple times afterward. You really feel like you're not taken seriously.

A l'arrivée aucune question concernant la sensibilité au bruit. J'ai obtenu une chambre avec une exposition côté voie rapide isolation phonique déplorable. A l'arrivée aucun produit dans la salle de bain pour ce douché shampoing gel pour la douche c'est inacceptable. Je suis retourné auprès de l'accueil pour le signalé où il m'a été remis deux petits flacons de gel.pour ce douché. J'ai fais la remarque pour que l'employé de ménage face le nécessaire pour demain ou l'employé de la réception m'a confirmé que le nécessaire sera fait demain. Hélas rien n'a été fait. Vous venez de perdre un client si votre société à besoin de conseil n'hésitez pas à revenir vers moi pour des conseils et pour remettre de l'ordre dans votre organisation qui est déplorable.
