The condition of the hotel was not the freshest at the time of our stay. It has great potential and many nice amenities. Unfortunately, over the course of the pandemic, the condition of these many beautiful little details has deteriorated further and further from its original state. There is often a lack of maintenance and care in many places, as well as a lack of attention to detail. The journey to the hotel was an absolute disaster, as the road was washed out by heavy rain and off-road skills were required. Halfway between the main road and the hotel, we were in disbelief that we were still on the right track. The owner will probably have to do it again if he wants to keep the hotel's stars. The manager recommended some very good restaurants nearby for the evening. The Pizzaria Trattoria del lago can be described as "very good". The breakfast included in the price consisted of good coffee, toast and jam. You were encouraged to help yourself to the toaster. It was like staying in an "exclusive youth hostel". The view of the nearby lake from the room and the chirping of the birds made it easy to get over everything. It was a lovely stay and we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet and the natural surroundings.

La estación fue muy agradable, muy tranquilo y con hermosa vista. Nos tocó en un periodo de renovación (incluida la alberca) Único detalle fue el servicio de desayuno que no era lo esperado, pero se agradece tomando en cuenta el precio. El personal muy amable, hay muchas cosas como en construcción, alberca muy fría, el desayuno continental se reduce a café (muy rico) y pan ( que puedes tostar) con crema de maní o Nutella, la entrada está un poco pronunciada pero es un lugar apacible y tranquilo, se duerme muy bien, hay un tombling para que los niños salten y unas porterías de futbol para divertirse. Sumamente honestos mi hijo olvidó su teléfono celular y nos marcaron para informarnos, lo están resguardando para cuando podamos recogerlo.

El mismo día fuimos 3 amigos, a 2 nos toco una habitación horrible y a 1 le toco habitación bonita. Hablando de la habitación que me toco a mi; paredes con humedad, habia una taza de baño a media habitación y las sabanas de las camas estaban manchadas, percuididas y horriblemente sucias.

En mi caso fui a una boda, este hotel quedaba cerca de la hacienda Jofre, por lo que lo tomamos. El dia de la boda, nos quedamos sin agua fría y poca caliente, por lo que fue un tema para poder alistarnos y estar en tiempo; Cuando recibí respuesta de los encargados, ya tenía que salir al evento. El lugar esta muy bonito, sin embargo, le hace falta mantenimiento a muchas areas tanto del exterior, como de los cuartos.

Reservé una Master Suite esperando una experiencia de calidad, acorde al nivel que este tipo de habitación sugiere. Lamentablemente, la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. Desde la llegada, el servicio dejó mucho que desear: el internet simplemente no funcionaba, lo cual fue un problema importante ya que requería conectividad constante por motivos de trabajo. Además, el baño de la suite no tenía agua caliente, una falla inaceptable para cualquier categoría de habitación, y especialmente para una supuestamente “premium”.

No reconocieron la reservación, tuve que pagar de nuevo en efectivo, la dueña es una persona grosera y prepotente, la propiedad no tiene nada que ver con las fotos es fraude y su coraje fue porque dice que su tarifa es de 2 mil pesos y que Expedia regala su propiedad al dar un costo tan bajo, no me dieron acceso a mi habitación hasta las 11 de la noche y todo el tiempo hubo ruido no nos dejaron dormir y la cama súper incómoda. No recomiendo este hotel para nada hasta los empleados se quejaron del trato que les da la dueña. Los empleados fueron amables pero las instalaciones y la dueña son horribles y no vale la pena pagar por hospedarte en un lugar horrible. No nos dieron el desayuno continental que decía la página de Expedia que incluía la noche de hospedaje un total fraude
