We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel . Very good location, ideal to go with kids. Our daughter loved the play area and swimming pool. Staff was very friendly too A bit disappointed with the dinner at the hotel restaurant and having to leave the car keys at the reception.

Acomodação confortável, quarto limpo e bem equipado. Estivemos em um final de semana bem frio, os aquecedores do hotel eram ótimos e o café da manhã também. Tive alguns problemas durante minha hospedagem e gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação. Solicitei previamente um quarto silencioso, porém fui acomodado ao lado de um quarto em obras, que começaram por volta das 8h15 da manhã. Ao entrar em contato com a recepção, fui informado de que não seria possível adiar o serviço, pois já havia autorização da gerência. Desci pessoalmente e conversei com o gerente Matheus, que foi muito solícito, compreendeu a situação e conseguiu postergar o início da obra para as 10h, postura pela qual agradeço. Ainda assim, considero inadequado realizar uma obra dessa magnitude tão cedo, especialmente em alta temporada e com o hotel cheio, ainda mais após uma solicitação expressa por um quarto silencioso. Também solicitei a troca de quarto e fui informado, de forma ríspida, de que não seria possível devido à lotação do hotel. Entendo a indisponibilidade, mas a forma de atendimento poderia ter sido mais cordial e profissional. Além disso, o quarto estava com forte cheiro de água sanitária. Acredito que alguns funcionários poderiam receber melhor treinamento para lidar com o público, especialmente diante de reclamações e solicitações dos hóspedes.
