Perfect stop on our way to Campos do Jordao. Valdir at the reception received us at 1am and was very nice and professional. Room is clean and confortable. Good breakfast and safe parking.

De forma geral gostei, ótimo custo benefício! O único ponto de melhoria é o sinal de internet que é muito fraco e por consequência não conseguimos usar a televisão(apenas canais abertos) e nem o notebook. Para quem aproveita a viagem para também trabalhar ( meu caso ) isso acabou sendo um ponto que acabou prejudicando. Mas fora isso, o hotel é muito bom, recomendo e espero que os proprietários possam corrigir esse ponto que é um detalhe pequeno ( para o hotel ) mas impacta bastante os hospedes!

Olá a todos. Nessa "segunda" hospedagem no hotel, nos deparamos com alguns detalhes que foram recorrentes. Exemplos: A falta de shampoo e condicionador ja disponibilizada pelo hotel. Em sua falta, poderiam ter alguma prateleira no lavabo para a colocação de itens de higiene trazidos pelos proprios hospedes. O mesmo parecia ter sido "quebrado". Na parte de conforto, não conseguimos ter alguns momentos de silencio pois em alguns intervalos do dia as camareiras ao limparem os outros quartos, faziam demasiados sons, impedindo a concentração (conversas, risadas, batidas de porta, arrasto de moveis, etc.). Na area de buffet (café da manhã), não tivemos a devida reciprocidade de educação por parte de uma das colaboradoras. Solicitamos algumas informações quanto aos pratos e obtivemos respostas "secas". A mesma colaboradora tambem ao arrumar os pratos e talheres do buffet o fazia com certa "violencia", gerando barulho excessivo. Reportamos a recepção em nosso check-out.

Não sei se voltaremos a nos hospedar no Olavo Bilac, onde gosto bastante, mas a qualidade dos colchões tem caído, estão muito moles e velhos (ao que parece). Desta vez não haviam copos nos quartos (minha equipe usou 2 ap) e em um deles não colocaram toalhas de rosto e banho, e tivemos de pedir. Já no outro, havia somente uma manta para para um casal friolento dormir, sendo necessário descer à recepção para pegar outra manta. Mas o ponto decisivo para não voltarmos foi a presença de cachorro, dessa vez entre outros hóspedes, sendo que a proibição de animais consta claro onde fizemos a reserva, e isso era o que nos tranquilizava. Infelizmente, mas por essa e outras, talvez não mais retornaremos no Olavo Bilac. Ponto positivo: localização, estacionamento, café da manhã.
