One pillow and towel per person. Breakfast is delicious! It is on a main road so you will hear cars pass by. This place does count with a/c and the bus stop is across the street, easy to navigate. It is outside of the “centro” but it is walking distance.

The room was in a terrible area with graffiti all over it, they wanted to put me in the basement with some unidentified stain on the wall. I told them I couldn’t stay there. The manager said no worries, he would refund me. It was late, I was tired and had to find other accommodations so I foolishly took him at his word and left without anything in writing. I never received my refund. Do not recommend!

El personal fue muy amable. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena ya que se encuentra muy cerca de puntos a visitar de León. Solo un detalle con el hotel y es sobre el agua caliente de la habitación tarda casi 30 minutos en salir caliente en la regadera.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo, el personal es muy amable es por lo que regrese la verdad y todo está muy limpio el desayuno está bien, la vez pasada me había gustado más, es una muy buena zona porque todo queda muy cerca y accesible para transporte no siento que sea inseguro más que ya que sea muy noche si no es la mejor zona a los alrededores, siento que igual por la zona hay muchísimo ruido y la habitación de esta vez me tocó en planta baja literal hacía la calle, yo tengo mucho problema para dormir con ruido, así que mis próximos hospedajes trataré de gestionar eso en recepción que repito como es tan buena ubicación pues si sé que es lógico el ruido, desconozco si hay alguna manera de ayudar. Que sea menos ese tipo de molestias sonoras, de ahí en más creo que todo bien, todos son muy amables y realmente eso y que las observaciones de limpieza y que una llave tiró mucha agua cuando me hospedé la primera vez pues cambió todo eso en esta nueva habitación, creo que todos están muy comprometidos en siempre estar atentos y mejorar.

El personal fue amable. El siguiente mensaje sería para mejorar el mantenimiento del hotel, ya que el baño tenía una fuga y estuvo mojado el piso todo el tiempo. La cama y almohadas podría mejorar. El colchón estuvo extremadamente duro y las almohadas muy bajitas. El aire acondicionado no sirvió. Pero la ubicación es buena y accesible. La seguridad del estacionamiento es importante y el hotel lo tiene. El personal muy amable. Gracias.

El Hotel tiene una excelente ubicación cerca del Expiatorio y una parada del metrobus cruzando la calle. Cuenta con desayuno incluido que ayuda a empezar el día con energía. Las instalaciones estan limpias sin embargo estan deterioradas por el tiempo y el gimnasio no tiene ningina maquina funcionado. El servicio de todo el personal es atento y amable. En general lo recomiendo, es seguro, céntrico y limpio.
