Budget place to stay but still some problems

This is a budget place to stay so I did not have high expectations and could overlook most things. However, I do find that the absence of hand soap in the toilet areas to be problematic. Washing with soap after using the toilet is just basic hygiene and I cannot overlook this, especially if it was a cost-saving measure just to save a few yen per day.

Charming western style inn. The staff are super cute. There is also a place on the first floor with old games including original zelda and ff3.

Fair choice for the budget

Facilities are soso. Poor acoustic material. Everyone is trying to slip quietly but the wooden floor/door rebounce with crisp noise.
