Great staff and super easy communication! The reception was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the lodge itself is showing its age. The washroom is quite cramped, and without a full kitchen, we ended up having to cook our dinner on the outdoor BBQ. Good service, but the accommodation itself is a bit outdated and basic.

Great location to nearby grocery store, pizza place, espresso stand and easy trail in to town for shopping and more restaurants & history. The room suited our needs, with a dog, however, we could hear everything the above room people said, walked, snored, flushed, tv, etc. It was quite disturbing to our dog. Otherwise the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, a larger TV would help and maybe a table and love seat

This is such a cute little property sitting on a beautiful river. The decor in the room was on theme. The beds were comfortable. They let you have a pet which is amazing, but it is not a soundproof room (we were in a 2 story complex, not a single cabin), so my dog was agitated the whole night because he could hear every noise in adjacent rooms and then when I finally got him settled, the people above us were up and moving around/ leaving at 3:30am! That’s not their fault per se, but more soundproofing could help.

The room was clean, the internet was soooo weak it was unusable. I stayed on the bottom floor unit with my dog. This was a nice location, easy for me to let the dog out for quick walks. The room is a bit bigger than the other hotels I looked at however those others usual offered breakfast, I preferred the larger room with my pet. Front desk was very nice, helpful. Parking was not easy, but it was available. I will stay again, hoping they get better internet service - it's a big deal.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was a nice rustic cabin. Our room had sliding doors that went out back with a view of the river. The sliding doors need a little oil for them to open easier. For being off a busy road, or cabin was really quiet. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a nice stay.
