It was an absolute nightmare booking with this hotel. I booked through hotels.com and that was rather easy although can i please ask WHY DOES IT COME UP WITH FUTURE DATES? When you get onto any site the dates shouldnt be automatically set for a week and a half in advance and because they were and i failed to notice, i booked for July instead of June. Mind you we had been in the car all day, hot, and Then, when I go to cancel they tell me I will not receive a refund at all, 5 minutes after i booked. I'm going to hotel and then having to call hotel.com for them to change my reservation date. First time calling, they said up charge of 31. Dollars and i gave them card number, and they said, I needed to give card number to front desk so I hang up call front desk, they say i need to call hotels.com, when I called back, I got a different person. He then told me that my upcharge was $51 instead of 31. We were so exhausted so I was like whatever, and I went to give them my card number. I thought, oh, it was fine. And we were going to be able to check-in. Two hours after that the hotel, and hotel.com finally communicated! Yay for them!!
