Excellent.

Fantastic staff, helpful in any way and super friendly. Room was spacious and clean with a balcony and pool view. I was happy to be on the top floor, then i even got a nice seaview and could see the sun set in the evening. Thanks to all the staff in the hotell who made me feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended by me.

My goodness, this hotel has deteriorated significantly. I stayed here many years ago, and much has changed. The service at the front desk is poor, and the English spoken is inadequate. The cleaning service was terrible. I had to go down to reception every day to complain that the cleaning staff didn't change the bedding and used the same sheets, and they forgot to put out new towels. I had to do this for nine days. We ended up checking out the day before we were supposed to and booked a new hotel. At the reception, we just said that we were going home and had a flight to catch! I would not recommend anyone to stay here; you get much more for your money elsewhere in the area.

Nice hotel. Our air con was fine during the day and then would be unbearable over night and the following morning. We were given a fan but due to it being industrial was an uncomfortable night's sleep. Everything else was good. Great location and staff.

The hotel staff were very friendly and was ready to help us with whatever we needed. By our arrival, they surprised us with a small gesture and some amazing snacks. The room was clean and they cleaned our room daily but there were some ants around the room. Overall, it was a very decent place to stay and very central.

Overrated hotel. Dirty , housekeeping people do basics. Never cleaned my room properly. Huge noise all day long from air con units . Very loud extractor fans outside restaurant wakes you up every morning. Poor breakfast and staff never happy.
