We had a lovely stay here and booked an extra night on our return from Lombok. Staff were great and helped book our ferry trip to Gili Air and return from Lombok. Breakfast was great. Short walk to beach and a large selection of restaurants Overall a great stay!

I had an amazing stay at Abian Harmony Hotel & Spa. Comfortable and clean room with good wifi coverage and hot water. Good location with different types of eateries around and just a few steps to my favourite cafe, Cat Cafe Sanur. The staff are helpful and friendly, gave me good suggestions for laundry services.

The positives: staff were wonderful, bed was comfy, room was large and air conditioned. Hotel not far from beach and all the main Sanur attractions. The negatives: the property is quite run down and this would have been acceptable if the bathroom didn’t smell so bad and the walls were paper thin.

Just amazing. The rooms were basic but clean and big (we had a deluxe rooftop) and the hotel was clean and lively. It wasnt the Ritz but if you want the Ritz then pay for it! The staff really make this place, if i could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. All the staff were welcoming, friendly amd went out of their way to chat and just be fantastic. The pool was lovely, not big but big enough, and the breakfasts were great, the menu wasnt extensive but what they did, they did well, plus lots of fresjh fruit, juice, coffee, salads and bread. As with all hotels of this standard, it was having repairs as the season went in but that was fine and did nothing to marr our experience...oh, and the massages! Brilliant. Overall if I had to give it a mark out of 10 i would give it 15, largely because of the staff. Would we go back? Without question.

I I stay there for five nights. I didn’t get the room that I actually I booked. They gave me the room which I could not Lock the door properly the front door and the back door the key was stuck so hard to turn to open the Shower would not work properly, only the extraction of the Shower had the water coming through but. water from shower had such a bad smell. Aircon wasn’t working for a while until I called somebody to come over and fix it. Had no PowerPoint facility for mobile phone plug-in nowhere downstairs upstairs not even in the room. Bad to buy the mobile outlet Staff wasn’t friendly enough. The best part was they came and cleaned the room every day.
