Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, on-site spa with great services... It's a little piece of heaven. The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. Definitely worth the price!

the Akoya hotel is a great hotel, the pool is amazing, the view is incredible, the rooms are good, the location is super handy to walk to restaurants and the beach. But let's not kid ourselves, it is not a 5 star hotel, price quality ratio is not the greatest. Now, don't get me wrong we had a good stay, but lamps in the room and in the common areas are not working, walls are worn out and cracking ... not the type of things that should happen in a 5 star, but totally acceptable for a 3 or 4. all in all, you are paying for the pool and the view, which is OK if you have time to enjoy it

Flott hotell med enormt potensiale, men som skuffer på en del punkter. Resturranten er det som skuffet mest, helt ok mat, litt kjipe lokaler, middelmådig service og flere katter som tigger ved bordene. Valgte å dra andre steder å spise både frokost og middag etter første dag. Bassengbaren hadde bedre service og høyere nivå på det de serverte, så spiste lunsj her enkelte dager. Rommene og hotellet er fint, men dusjen på badet var ufresh. Den manglet en flis, hadde sorte flekker på fugene og var ikke særlig innbydende. Dusjdøra gikk stadig opp av seg selv når vi dusjet, lukkemekanismen var slapp, som medførte unødvendig mye vann på baderomsgulvet. Hyggelig service i resepsjonen og trivelige portvakter og ellers et fint hotell. Veldig fin utsikt fra evighetsbassenget.

Bien dans l'ensemble. Une arrivée qui laisse à désirer. Pas de table disponible pour vous faire patienter avant la remise des cartes d'accès. Installation à une table salle et la boisson d'accueil ne sera jamais servie (les verres vides de client d'avant seront toujours là à l'arrivée de la personne qui nous amène en chambre. Refus de nous donner la carte sans être accompagnée alors que l'accès en chambre est simple. Il faudrait permettre l'accès en chambre à la demande au lieu de laisser poireauter 30 personnes.

Nous sommes loin des standards d’un 5*. Au mieux un 4*. Accueil sommaire : on prend nos documents et on nous dit : ok c’est bon. Rien de plus. Une présentation de l’hôtel réduite à 2 phrases : « La-bas la piscine et la salle des petits déjeuners. Ah oui, on a aussi une salle de sport H24 » Pas de bouilloire en chambre et choix de thé limité. Entretien maintenance moyen : éclairage en panne, join de salle de bain grossier. Qualité du papier toilettes et serviettes de bain médiocre.

Merci à l'equipe restaurant du DÔME. Un merci à Cédric qui a su par son écoute nous redonner le sourire suite à une petite réclamation de ma fille...( petit plateau "ptit dej à 10h30 alors que tout etait fermé)...BRAVO

Le séjours bien passé sauf on a pas le droit allé assise sur le 2eme terrasse a côté piscine pour apprécier couché de soleil au soi boir un verre il faut absolument une réservation en avance avec de champagne c on boir pas de champagne on pourra pas réserver je trouve tres dommage
