The hostel is centrally located within easy walking distance of restaurants, the Anton Martin metro station, Puerto del Sol, and many desirable destinations. As English speakers, it was convenient that all staff spoke excellent English. We had a small private room with twin beds. The room and common areas were clean. The air conditioning was effective. Bathroom and shower rooms were plentiful and always available. There is a nice, well run kitchen and common area. Wifi was reliable. All in all, a good choice.

This is a hostel so it is a bit different from a full service hotel. The location is great, very safe. We switched to a room with a bathroom shower, which made all the difference. But others may be fine with a shared bathroom. The rooms are very small worth it for the right price.

The room was small but confortable. There was a large shared kitchen that was very nice, plus indoor and outdoor shared spaces. Our room had a mini-split, which cooled the room very quickly. The location was amazing, it was in a really cool neighborhood, and within walking distance to just about everything (it was also close to the metro, but we ended up just walking everywhere).

The check-in staff were lovely. The beds were firm and comfortable which is important to me as I have had back pain staying at other places. The AC worked well. The bathroom was fine with two small showers. There was an unpleasant sewer odor in the bathroom but not enough for me to ruin my stay. The street noise was pretty loud, but that was to be expected given the location. They held onto my luggage for free until 4PM, which was really nice. I would definitely stay again.

This was honestly the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at! I stayed in a six-bed female dorm for 3 nights, and it seemed that the room was only cleaned every few days rather than every day. In a shared room, you obviously cannot control how other guests behave or how much noise they make. However, the hostel can at least do its part to make the experience more comfortable by keeping the room clean and properly maintaining the facilities. The AC was a major issue. It was hot during my stay, and when the AC was running, it made a very loud noise. I reported the problem, but it was never fixed during my entire three-night stay. The only solution offered was to turn the AC off!!! I understand that a hostel cannot control the behavior of every guest, but regular cleaning and a properly functioning, reasonably quiet AC are things the hostel can control. Unfortunately, both the cleanliness and customer service were very disappointing

Very good location and easy to find. Front desk staff is courteous, and is available 24 hours, making check in very easy. The double room was small, as expected, but everything was functional. It's an older building, but did the job. I personally found the bed and pillows much firmer that desired, but softer is a personal preference.
