The staff is amazing and so nice. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good...the only downfall is the pool is cold, we met our daughter and her family and our granddaughter was shivering in it so we couldn't enjoy it so much, hopefully they'll turn it up soon.

Excellent hotel! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Not much to do in the area but for us, we were passing through and this was right off the highway. The hotel is so clean and inviting. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great stay

We loved this hotel. The staff the cleanliness, the food everything about it was above our expectations. We would stay there again if we are ever in the area thing I was didn’t like was not being able to get a phone number for the hotel itself when you’re traveling on the road I would like to just call the motel itself to make the reservation instead of going through, the third-party.

Great surprise!

Spur of the moment decision to get a hotel due to weather conditions. Very pleasantly surprised at how nice, new and clean this hotel was. Our room was fantastic and beautiful. The only thing that would have made it better relates to the shower. The water pressure was a bit low and the water didn't get quite warm enough. However, not bad. I would most definitely stay here again!

Pools - call hotels first to see if pools are open

Checked-In but room was not ready. Waited 15mins. Pool was closed entire stay (the ONLY reason we picked this hotel). Limited staff Otherwise, hotel was okay.

NOT pet friendly

We booked this location since they were pet friendly… at 11:30pm we were sleeping soundly as the front desk called and tried to kick us out b/c our cat was seen in our window (no noises, no destructive behavior). I’m livid at the treatment, and so was the day manager the next morning. The property is otherwise OK - but their night manager needs to learn about respect, and NOT calling so late at night with their hatred of cats (she was fine with Dogs, but NO cats!)

It was evident the owners and employees respected each other thus leading to happy employees who showed they cared about providing good service. That lead to cleanliness, and welcoming, organized environment. I trusted the rooms were actually clean, not half-a$$ed because the employees took pride in their jobs and how they performed them. The owners were very apologetic at check-in because checking in took extra time since they had just installed a new computer system required by oversight organizations and they were just learning it that evening. The owners apologized again when I ran into them at breakfast; the extra wait time at check-in was only an extra 10min maybe, so not inconvenient at all, but they cared enough to know those few extra minutes is not their gold standard. I'd stay their again because I saw the employees happy and knew they did their job well because they enjoyed working there.

The owner was very committed to making a great stay in spite of the challenges with his CC machine and then the satellite TV. Great job by him. Everything is super clean. Shower pressure could be better.

No answer at the front desk!

I booked this hotel then realized it was in a different state. Tried to cancel 30 seconds after booking. But I couldn’t because the reservation was in progress. Hotels.com said I had to talk to the hotel in order to cancel. But the hotel would not answer the phone. I called the number listed on the hotel website. Finally a gal answered and said I had to talk to the hotel.com. Hotels.com started a case and gave me the case number. Hotels.com emailed the hotel and nothing. I emailed the hotel and again nothing. I am still waiting for a reply. In the end, I never even stayed at this hotel and no refund was issued. Beware of booking hotels and make sure they are in the same town/state!!! I did get an email to review this hotel so here is my review!

Another great night on the road.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of options and variety. Room and bed was clean and comfy. Would happily stay there again when traveling in the area. All of the staff was very courteous and helpful.
