4/10 Fair

Smelled of cigarettes, fridge contained stuff from previous guest, cobwebs everywhere, screen door off track, slider locked with pieces of rotted wood jammed in track, no cups cold or hot, no one available for service on Sunday, smoke detector missing Bed was nice. Burger from bar was tasty.

A surprising experience when viewed from the road until I opened the doors to the bar/office. Warmly greeted and checked in by the Manager "Chrissie" who then sorted my wifi connection difficulties. The room and facilities were excellent together with the evening meal

2/10 Poor

The place was filthy! Dead flies on windowsills, furniture didn’t match and looked like it was picked up from garage sales, only one light in entire room. No soap provided in the bathroom. Great view but no chairs on the deck. I found some and had to clean them off. Will never stay there again! Sad part is the bar and restaurant were good.

The whole staff there was fantastic. The food was out of this world! Was there for work and the time at the Eis house made it enjoyable. When I know I’ll be in that area for work in the future it will be my first choice.

Very nice to have a little deck off my room overlooking the little Salmon River! Also nice that the owners also offer a little tavern on site where you can have a nice dinner! So all in all a very convenient, pretty property.
