Very good for a few days touring
stephen, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The hotel lobby, dining room and rooms are very nicely decorated. It was a great place to spend a few days and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We truly loved our stay.
Stephanie, 2-night trip

A lovely, well preserved hotel of vintage Cotswold charm. Plus the staff were lovely!
Oriel, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great, modern hotel inside a historic building. I would definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Circencester (which the locals pronounce as "Zy-ren-sester").
GUY, 1-night trip

Perfect stay, room was very quiet. This location is ideal.
Marc, 3-night trip

Michelle, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The Suite was super charming! One of the most unique hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in and I would highly recommend it! Our family of four greatly enjoyed our stay.
Alex, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The hotel was right in the centre of town and our room overlooked the Market Square and the church. Extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Short stay parking was very close but it was a five minute walk to long stay parking. Building works going on on the front of the hotel at the time but that did not disturb us in any way

The room was excellent. The service at breakfast in the morning was terrible though. Had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my tea and for my order to be taken
Jeanette, 1-night trip

Great location

Great location, Room was good, reception staff excellent - breakfast was slow and not great
Andy Thompson, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Great staff. Beautiful lobby. We stayed in B5, very large two bedroom suite. Floors were creaky and angled in places and could definitely bump your head in many places if you’re not careful. Bathrooms were large and modern. Great location.
Angela, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

A great base for a weekend stay in Cirencester. The hotel is in the middle of town so a great location to explore the town & surrounding areas. The hotel is lovely & rooms well equipped & very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, a great selection of options on offer, everything was delicious. Would stay again if visiting this area.
Nicola, 2-night trip

Lovely to return to an old, trusted favourite.
Stephen, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Lovely room but a/c did not work which made the room unbearable to sleep, real shame
Catherine, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This was a last minute trip and didn’t disappoint. The hotel is right in the market square with shops and bars and historical buildings all within a short walk. Our suite was fabulous and had the biggest bed! The staff were all very friendly and attentive and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely return.

8/10 Good

Overall it’s a nice hotel with a good location. Not all front desk staff are very accommodating. Lobby & restaurant areas looked like they needs updating. Heard the hotel may be changing hands/owners.
Joseph E, 5-night trip

We waited over 15 minutes to be served at check in. Overall it was fine but not worth what they were charging for rooms.
