Apart from the helpful staff, the property was dilapidated. The carpets smell of mold and they were running an ozone machine on the walkpath which is incredibly UNHEALTHY for people to be breathing in. Good thing I just stayed in the room to sleep and spent the time outside in Beitou.

Highlight of the stay is getting hot spring water by tap into the tub! (takes awhile to get used to the sulfur smell but its normal) Very accommodating staff, they let us leave our luggage after checkout to explore the city hands-free. Room view isnt great because it faces the backyard but its ok, we kept the curtains closed. Location is very convenient, within walking distance to Beitou Thermal Valley! There's Carrefour, Japan Medical shop right next door, convenient for buying snacks and souvenirs. It's a good stay.

Hotel is few minutes or opposite the Xin Bei Tou MTR and is just digonally opposite the junction. Room is small but nice as solo. In room proivde many TV and movies option and can hot pool if need. 《Good hot springs, but avoid for overnight stays.》 While the hot spring facilities are great with strong water flow, I cannot recommend this hotel for an overnight stay due to the following issues: - Excessive Noise: Soundproofing is poor. You can hear neighbors bumping into walls, and the plumbing noise from other rooms is loud and constant throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. - Room Maintenance: The air conditioning is ineffective and very noisy. Additionally, there was a hole in the bedsheets. Design Flaws: The AC control panel has a bright blue light that cannot be turned off. Also, the entryway light is faulty and stays lit for about three minutes after being switched off. - Inaccurate Listing: The Expedia information is outdated. The listing claims the front desk provides amenities like razors, but they actually do not provide any toiletries at all. Summary: The hot springs are fine for a short visit, but I do not recommend staying the night.

Only one side of the bed has electrical outlet and has the light switches. 2. The wall of the bath tub for hot spring is high and thick. It is dangerous for people to enter and get out of the tub.
