The Berlin Heritage Inn was a great 2 night stay. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was food. The hotel is close to town so you can walk to shopping, food and desserts easily. It’s also close to all the major Amish sites including Sugarcreek, Lemans store, bakery’s, etc.

Our room had easy access, and was very, very clean and quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We parked just outside our door, and it was very convenient for us. Nice room but bathroom needs tub drain cleaned. Hair floating out of it. Floor needs cleaned, marks from used plunger on floor and grout is very dirty. It would be nice to have had a microwave and ice machine on site of the Carriage House. Pop/water and snack vending machine would also be nice.

The rooms are the cleanest of any hotel I have ever stayed in. They have always been perfect. That's why we choose to stay at this hotel every visit to Berlin. Not to mention the location is perfect. The breakfast is not as good as it was with the previous owners and pre-covid. I would prefer fresh pastries since they are so plentiful in Amish than the pre-packaged pastries full of preservatives. Also, the breakfast sandwiches are not too good either. Staff is wonderful!

We stayed at the auxiliary property which they refer to as The Carriage House. This is just a couple blocks from the main Berlin Heritage Inn. You could walk or bike the distance if hills don’t bother you (the young folks could!) Had to go to the main location for breakfast or other amenities. But the Carriage House is at the bottom of the hill in a residential area just off the main drag. Very pretty view with a quiet street. You can walk downtown Berlin shopping if you wanted. We enjoyed our stay, would not hesitate to stay again.

This appeared to be an older hotel but was very clean and the staff was super friendly. They have a balcony off the lobby/dining area that is a great spot for morning coffee and a sunrise. Very close to many Amish shops. We would definitely book a stay hear again!

Our Room #112 on second floor was excellent. I appreciate laminate floors, especially in a Pet Friendly room! Our room was clean and quiet!! Just off the Main road in Berlin. We walked to Boyd & Wertherman restaurant for breakfast with Amish. We'll have to come back in the fall to get their Date Nut pudding ((to die for)). Our acquittance with your staff was great, I"m legally deaf and he did very well with my not understanding directions. We will be back!
