Ao chegar nos colocaram em um quarto em pessimas condições no quinto andar. Reclamamos, e no outro dia a gerente (muito solicita e educada) nos acompanhou pra que escolhêssemos outro quarto, esse era bom, mas o chuveiro não esquentava muito (e estava muito frio). Quero enaltecer a limpeza desse quarto, não me lembro o nome da senhorinha, sei que é Venezuelana e que o andar era o 13. O café da manhã é bom, compatível com o preço.
