The staff is friendly and helpful, but the rooms are old, bugs are everywhere. Terrible stay in the room.

6/10 Good

As usual, my biggest reason to stay again and again for the last 10 years is the SECURITY, i feel safe. the staff is same and helpful but the property is wearing off and it is showing the age. Hotels must keep the fresh look with furnishings and technology. international travellers have trouble connecting the electrical devices to OLD 220V plugs, carpets, floorling needs attention. i love the OLD culture feel but the same can be done with a bit of moderenizing of amenities.

Visiting from the United States, I was blown away by the hospitality of the hotel staff and overall quality of service at Pearl Continental Lahore. I highly highly recommend for any one visiting Lahore to stay at the PC. From world class artwork from Sadequine to high quality restaurants, I found everything there. The hotel has correctly represented Pakistan through hospitality and quality.

Hotel staff was very polite and professional. Rooms are very big but this hotel needs desperate modernisation. Once modernisation, this can be the best place to stay in Lahore.

Rooms and amenities are good, and the local food is excellent. However, the Chinese and continental options were average. Breakfast was also average, and the staff appeared quite tired or perhaps overburdened. Guests often had to ask multiple times for simple requests such as tea, which affected the overall dining experience
