This mountain resort is in a beautiful area conveniently located near Los Pueblos Mágicos of Hidalgo. We stayed in the basic room as the others were quite expensive and the room was very basic. No AC and the only ventilation is the windows. The area houses ducks and chickens as well as other forest animals and can get quite noisy early in the AM. They have several pools with one being exceptionally warm and comfortable. They have an amazing Tobogán or super long enclosed pool slide which was awesome and a Tirolsea (zip line) which we did not use. The restaurant was good and reasonable. When we arrived there was almost nobody there and the next afternoon a few bus loads of kids arrived and the place turned into a zoo for the afternoon. Good thing we got our swim in early. No washcloths were available and the maid took my extra floormats that I requested. Super friendly staff. Be aware, the town nearby closed down early on weekdays including restaurants. We were forced to eat at the resort's restaurant and it turned out to be pretty darn good.

Todo excelente desde là recepción hasta personal e instalaciones!! Solo un detalle que salimos al pueblo y en la noche 12 pm no hubo quien abriera , afortunadamente no estaba cerrado con candado y se pudo entrar al estacionamiento.

todo estuvo genial, limpio, ambiente familiar y hermoso lugar. Pero lo único que tuvimos de inconformidad es que no había toallas disponibles para las albercas al momento de solicitarlas, nos traían que no tenían por el momento pero que les diéramos un momento, tres veces fuimos a solicitar y nunca nos prestaron las famosas toallas de uso exclusivo de la alberca. Pero bueno todo lo demás, comida, clima, instalaciones super bien.

El lugar está bastante bien, las opciones para deivertirse son muy buenas, el desayuno sobresaliente porque incluido en la tarifa, pero las habitaciones son viejas, nos quedamos sin agua por la noche hasta después de la 9 am y después no llegaba agua caliente, shampoo y jabón son 20 ml para cuatro personas, además tomando en cuenta que tienen albercas y después de usarlas es necesario bañarse, el carrito que te lleva a las habitaciones es una carcacha, por el precio hay muchas opciones en esta área mucho mejores, lástima de los demás servicios que son muy buenos, como la fogata, la caminata, paseo en bicicleta, el tobogán que está espectacular en la altura, las muchas albercas, puede mejorar mucho pero si van a hospedarse esperen a que lo hagan

Las habitaciones limpias, el personal amable y arreglaron los inconvenientes lo más pronto posible. La comida tiene buen sabor, el servicio de cocina bastante malo, tardo muchísimo, no tenían lo que viene en el menú. Pedí una ensalada y por no negarme el servicio me entregaron un bowl solo de lechugas sin proteína, sin frutas solo unos cubitos de aguacate argumentando que se habían llevado 25 ensaladas antes. El estacionamiento bastante amplio nunca me quedé sin lugar apesar de que llegué tarde algunos días.

Sus instalaciones muy bonitas y cuidadas, el desayuno incluido muy rico y suficiente porción, lo que recomiendo es que estén al pendiente de la señal de TV, no tuvimos durante nuestra estancia y no se solucionó y que pongan vasos de vidrio en las habitaciones, ya que son útiles. Por lo demás excelente, nos encantó.

El menú del desayuno muy decepcionante porque ya lo cambiaron en lugar de servir en el restaurante (que es parte de los atractivos del Hotel) en un salón y todo como al aventon. Según porque había mucha gente. Yo tengo muchos años que voy a ese hotel y nunca nos habían servido así el desayuno. La recepcionista bastante grosera.

El lugar es realmente hermoso, sin embargo, la mayoría del personal es grosero y poco atento. El internet es pésimo, se entiende que al ser un lugar muy grande y con áreas verdes llenas de árboles pueda fallar el servicio, pero realmente por las noches no había nada de conexión. El televisor solamente tenía entre 5-7 canales, de los cuales solamente uno se veía bien, los demás tampoco tenían buena señal. A la hora de hacer el check in te indican que los autos no pueden entrar más allá del estacionamiento, pero, o no hay servicio para que te ayuden con el equipaje o simplemente nadie nos lo ofreció, así que nos tocó caminar hasta el cuarto, aproximadamente 100m cargando todas nuestras pertenencias hasta la habitación.

Es un lugar muy bonito y con muchas opciones de entretenimiento. El desayuno muy rico y suficiente. Las habitaciones aceptables. Llegamos antes de las 3 para el check in y nos dijeron que aún no estaba lista la habitación, pero nos la dieron hasta casi las 5 pm. Durante nuestra estancia que fue solo 1 noche, no pudimos tener toallas para las albercas porque se les terminaban muy rápido, así que no usamos las albercas.

La atencion via whatsup es muy deficiente , y me da pena decirlo , pero ante una solucion de problema hacen caso omiso, (via WhatsApp). Pero insisto, el personal que diambula en la propiedad es muy atento y amable.
