Room was clean and in good condition. Location was excellent. Three observations- 1) The room looked nothing like the photos. 2) There was a bad smell in the bathroom. We tried everything, including leaving open the windows to the apartment while running the exhaust fan, but the smell would not go away. Really needs to be checked. 3) After I booked the room, I was informed that I needed to go to another address 10 mins away to pick up the keys. Why isn’t this mentioned in the listing? This is a very inconvenient condition for travellers especially if they are coming with luggage (which most travellers will have).

We stayed at the Dusni apartments for a week and the location was incredibly convenient- close shopping, dinning, and easy access to transportation for pick ups. The apartment felt welcoming and comfortable overall. We purchased our own spade, trash bags, and brought our own toiletries, which we didn’t expect to be provided so that wasn’t an issue. The only downsides were that the hot water would run out at times, there’s no AC (we had to keep the windows open and use a small fan that was within the apartment), and the restroom and rooms were a bit dusty, sheets/pillows did not smell fresh. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay. I recommend this complex for the convenience and flexibility!

The property is the perfect location and is surrounded by restaurants and attractions. The door on our appartement was slightly difficult to open and lock but once you get the knack for it it’s quite easy. Communication with reception was really good as well. We had an appartement with a kitchenette and it all worked there was just no way to wash up any utensils used in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Genial aventura en Praga

Ubicación es excelente. Llegas a todas partes caminando. Muchos restaurantes cerca. Edificio histórico, recién reparado. Al inicio se nos complicó un poco pues el baño privado está fuera de la habitación, luego te acostumbras. Esperamos regresar en un futuro próximo.

위치가 일단 대박적으로 좋고 어디든 10분안에 걸어갈수있었어요 방도 깨끗한편은 아니었지만 넓고 좋았네요 ㅎ 근데 대신 옆방이랑 방음이 거의안되여 약간 같은방인거같은데 나무책장같은걸로 막아놨어요 그래서그런지 방음이 좀 안되긴했는데 심하게 불편하진않았숨다 위치가 너무좋아서 그런 단점들이 별로 신경안쓰였어요

Dušní

The place was absolutely beautiful art nouveau building. The room had very tall ceilings and a lovely parquet floor. The bed was very large. There is a shared bathroom but I never had to wait. The view was incredible and the space was as described. My only complaint was all of the belligerent drunkards making lots of noise in the street but that has nothing to do with the property. Overall I was very pleased.

The building is in a perfect location, only about a 2min walk from old town square and within walking distance of many of the beautiful architectural fixtures in Prague. Can be a bit noisy at night as many loud rowdy tourist pass by after drinking the night away. The room was ok, but it did not match what was listed. 2 twin beds push side by side does not make a king size bed and a sofa that doesn't pull out is not a sofa bed. Also the so called kitchenette has no sink in the room, so If you want to wash anything you must go to the bathroom down the hall. That's another disappointment, having to use the bathroom, especially at night, you need to unlock 3 doors. A bit annoying. They did have a wah machine, which came in very handy

Not a bathroom in the room :/

The only thing that was true in the ad, was the location. We got wrong info where to pick up the keys, there was no bathroom in the room, we had to use two set of keys to go to the toilet and there are light saving lights in the halls so you have to be constantly moving at night while you are finding the keyhole. The ad said: Room layout - separate dining room and separate lounge... it was one room. Food & Drink - Commonsa Kitchenette with full-size fridge / freezer... the fridge was small, under the table. There was no sink in the kitchen and the sink in the bathroom was so shallow it was difficult to get water for the kettle. Separate private bathroom... did not say that the bathroom was not in the room but elsewhere, on the same floor. The hot water tank was leaking and made our toilet things and the floor wet. The ad said city view but it is street view... We were very disapointed with the room, but the location was good.

The best apartments in old town!

You will not find a better apartment in a better location. There was plenty of room for a family of four literally steps from the old town square. The security of the apartment building was great with multiple key entry points and cameras posted. We will definitely stay again the next time in Prague!

This is the worst place I've stayed at for service. The check in closes at 11pm. I contacted the property and was told I could get a taxi arranged for 18 EUR at a 40% off price that would pick me up from the airport and take me straight to the airport. When I went to book and give my flight details the manager replied back saying as our flight lands at 20.30 we would have to pay the full 30 EUR, I explained you didnt say that it was a different price before 11 but the hotel did not want to know and so I didnt book and took my chances. On the day of my departure my flight was delayed due to an emergency landing closing one of the runways at LHR, I called the hotel while sat on the tarmac as the sales manager had now gone home I spoke to the front desk lady who said she didnt know anything about 18 EUR's if we land after 11; she booked me a taxi for 23 EUR to be picked up after 11 and to be taken to the reception and THEN to the hotel contrary again to waht was offered over email. Due to tailwind we landed at 21.30 instead of 22.30 and there was no driver standing around, me and my partner looked everywhere and there was noone to be found. I called the hotel to say we've landed and the driver is not here to which she said "ofcourse as you said 11 and its 9.30 currently",I said thats fine so i'll make my own way to you and she said ok. On my journey to the hotel I got a call saying the driver is there waiting and I must pay for it now. I got to checkin and was told this again.

Noisy & inconvenient

Beautiful building,the apartments less so Mine had a bathroom across the corridor and 2 doors which was annoying if you forgot the keys Terribly annoying if I think about it again Room pretty stuffy Kitchenette with no sink - so again through 2 doors to get water for your kettle and bathroom sink was too tiny to fit the kettle in Just inconvenient Many bars near the building so many drunken, mostly English tourists shouting under your window You decide for your self! Never the less the cheap iron that burnt my brand new shirt :)))

Be prepared!!!

Great location in the old town if not a little noisy at night at the weekends. Be aware that keys need to be picked up from offices 15-20 mins away next to M&S on Wenceslas Square and a deposit required, also need to be dropped off again. Fortunately we knew this, but what we didn’t realise is that the kitchenette has no sink or water and the bathroom is complete separate, ie 3 separate keys and doors, so not ideal at night or in the morning. Had to wash dishes in small basin in bathroom :-) Otherwise nice space and nice and warm.

숙소의 위치는 최고입니다. 하지만 체크인 하는곳을 찾기가 상당히 힘듭니다. 미리 체크인 하는 곳의 홈페이지를 방문하여 위치를 정확히 파악을 해야합니다. 체크인은 설명에 Vaclavske namesti 36에서 해야 된다고 나와있지만 실제로 가보면 큰 건물의 여러 입구들 중에 하나를 들어가면 조그마한 부스를 가진 'Apart Checkin'(?) 이라는 곳에서 해야 됩니다. 여기는 이 아파트뿐만 아니라 여러 아파트들의 체크인을 담당하는 2평정도의 작은 공간입니다. 들어가서 자세히 살펴보셔야 됩니다. 그리고 청소비 10유로를 지불해야 하고, Deposit 으로 50유로를 맡겨야 합니다. 실제 3일 머무는 동안 옆방에 미국인들이 하루정도 저녁에 떠드는 바람에 조금 불편했습니다. 하지만 이 모든것을 만회하고도 남을 정도로 위치가 좋습니다. 1층(0층)의 빵집도 괜찮고 백화점 및 근처 맛집들도 많습니다. 아무래도 체코 올드타운 여행은 도보로 할 수 밖에 없기때문에 여행중 힘들떄 들어와서 휴식하기에 너무 좋은 위치였습니다. 가족끼리 가면 결코 싸지만은 않았습니다. 하지만 넓은 공간과 취사, 빨래가 가능하다는 장점은 장기간 여행에 큰 이점이 되었습니다.

Avoid this place!! Is a really bad experience.

Avoid this place. The apartments are in a side of the town but you have to pickup keys for your apartment in the different side, like 15 minutes walking if you know the city but if you don't know the city it will take at least 30 minutes where pick up the keys and after you pick up the keys you have to go back to your apartment (imagine this situation pulling suitcases with a city full of people).... And after that for check out you have to do exactly the same, go out from your apartment with suitcases and return the keys at the same place so far away (imagine this scenario at 4am because your flight is a 7 am with a weather completely freezing) I've been in 27 different countries more than 200 differenta hotels and never an experience like this... But never again! Read my comments and just avoid this place.

Really big place, we could have fitted at least 3-4 more persons. Great location, walking distance to main attractions. Big and spacious kitchen, we save lots of money by eating in. Cleaning mess could be improved, we found clothes from the previous guest inside the washing machine. The place is a little noisy, at night it was a problem since we were located on the first floor. DO NOT EXCHANGE MONEY ONNTHE PLACE LOCATED NEXT TO THE APARTMENT. They will ripped you of.

Sehr zentral, aber laut

Es handelt sich um ein zwei Raum Appartement. In dem einen stehen 3 Betten und zwei Schränke. In dem anderen befindet sich die Küche und eine kleine Couch mit Fernseher. Um ins Bad zugegangen, muss man durchs Schlafzimmer und Küche. Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht. Also müsste man durch die Küche entlüften (lecker). Wenn man das Appartement betritt steht man sofort im Schlafzimmer. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Reinigungsutensilien wären nicht schlecht, aber es gibt nicht mal einen Besen. Die zentrale Lage ist klasse, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Dadurch ist es aber auch super laut. Auch nachts. Alles in allem für 2 Tage ok, aber länger nicht.
