However, the building itself is quite old and shows its age in several ways. There is a noticeable odour throughout the property, and guests should be aware that there is no elevator access from the ground level, requiring stairs to reach the first floor before elevator service is available.
The room was spacious and offered plenty of space to move around, but cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. The flooring had visible stains and a strong lingering odour that affected the overall comfort of the stay. Sound insulation was also a concern, as footsteps and movement from guests staying in the room above were clearly audible, making it difficult to fully relax at times.
