The room was very clean and neat but there was an overabundance of air freshener that had to be aired before we could be fully comfortable.

Clean on the inside.

Maintenance on the outside of the building is lacking. For example, there was peeling paint on the outside door of some of the rooms. The motel sign was torn-up, but that may have been due to a recent windstorm. The lobby was not open, so you pay through a window, which always suggests crime issues in the neighborhood. But the people were pleasant and took care of the business transaction with a smile. The inside of the room was clean and pleasant. Beds were firm. No issues with noise. Location was convenient.

Room was adequate but not very clean. Water damage on ceiling, smoke detector was hanging open, filthy doors and corners in bathroom. It was quiet and bed was comfortable so not the worst place i have stayed in. Check in was sketchy because you are not allowed to go in the lobby and can only talk through a small window. There was a deposit collected by the proprietor that was not disclosed during the reservation process. I have not gotten my deposit refunded yet.

This is an excellent choice for a budget hotel. It was exceptionally clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, I felt safe, everything in the room worked and it is very convenient to stores. I bring my own toiletries and don't care about decor so it was perfect for me.

Staff were super cordial, very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and smelled nice. While bed linens were clean fresh but bed spreads were old and stained. That was our only complaint
