A hidden gem hidden in a dark sketchy place. However, once you get there, the lady at the front made me trust people again. She was so nice and helpful, spoke english, and offered advice on what not to do. It was a beautiful room and spacious. The breakfast was amazing! I would love to stay here again, should i return! Highly recommend

Clean, comfortable room, friendly stuff, but they mean nothing, if you cannot sleep because of a wedding celebration in the same Courtyard. Event location sticked to the same Building. Full of people around and in the hotel until 1.30 am. No free parking space because of hundreds of guest cars. It was a bad surprise and hard to believe.

Hotel rooms are nice, modern and clean. Breakfast is nice and reception desk is kind. However, it is in a remote area of Cologne and if you do not have a car, you will have serious problems about transportation. There is no restaurants nearby.. secondly the wifi did not function properly throughout my stay..

The parking was limited due to events taking place, we had to use a taxi rather than our car as we would have lost our parking. I suggest this should be managed better by the staff ensuring that the hotel guests have priority for parking no matter if there are events or not. The heating control panel was not user friendly, some guidance in that sense would have been good, also no cups could be found in the room.

major disruptive noise issue at hotel

the hotel rooms were acceptable but most rooms windows faced out into a horse shoe shaped courtyard which was the entry point for a large events hall within the hotel complex. During my stay of 4 nights there were events on there every night lasting to the early hours of the morning with a great deal of noise making it impossible to sleep. people were also drinking and making noise in this courtyard as well as noise when departing with bibbing vehicle horns. In summary a terrible location for a hotel. I have submitted a sepearte email claim to hotel copied to hotels.com. It is the hotels responsibility to inform guests by way of hotels.com or directly if necessary of these potential issues at time of booking. I recieved no such advice.

Nous avons fait deux nuits avec mon conjoint dans cet hôtel, la chambre était propre et bien entretenue, mais juste que l’hôtel est assez excentré le cologne, mais il y a un tram, pas très loin à cinq à sept minutes permettant de rejoindre assez facilement le centre de colonnes. Le point négatif est l’agence d’accueil n’est pas agréable. À noter arrivée à l’hôtel, nous avions des difficultés pour mettre la clim en marche car il faisait très chaud. Nous sommes donc allés voir l’hôtesse qui est venu voir. Son habitude nous montrait clairement qu’on l’a dérangeait. Après avoir réussi à mettre la Clim en marche après plusieurs tentatives preuve que nous avons essayé avant de faire appel à elle, est repartie s’en nous lançant en anglais « so » et sans même refermer la porte. Nous l’avons trouvé très désagréable.

VIRKELIG meget larm. Fest hver aften. Festgæster larmede og røg lige udenfor vores vindue. Der lugtede af røg og spiritus i indgangspartiet. Vi var nødt til at have gardiner trukket for for at få privatliv. Værelset lugtede af dårlig parfume. Området omkring hotellet er et skummelt industriområde. Morgenmaden var ikke pengene værd. Der var ikke altid personale til at spørge, de stod udenfor og røg.
