A really great hotel. Excellent staff and top service! Special thanks to Arman for his care; we really felt special and cared for! Thanks to Irmek for his recommendations; all the places he recommended were top, and the food was delicious! The hotel is relatively close to the party scene, but not in the center, which is a plus because it's less noisy and less crowded. The center is a 7-minute walk away. We have our own beach, which is very important! Across the street, we went to the Bİ DİLİM PİZZA bar every day. Beer there is 150 lira, I highly recommend it; they have delicious fries and pizza slices!

Amazing stay. I understand the ownership of the hotel has changed and honestly we couldn’t be luckier. The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. We chatted and they were always friendly and cheerful. Room was clean and has everything you need. The food wether it was the morning breakfast which was different everyday and served to your table directly, or the beach bar were delicious. I would recommend you the pizza burger fries and pastas as they were the best we’ve ever tasted. The hotel is not huge which if you like privacy and calm like us will be perfect for you. We had the pool to ourselves almost all the time which was also kept neat and clean. The beach was amazing with a great temperature. The hotel has a central location which makes anywhere a walkable distance and is very welcome during the heat. The hotel also booked us a tour for the kekova island which was unbelievable. Air conditioning works perfectly well but sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view from it wins ❤️ we stayed for 5 days and wish we would have booked for more. It is definetly a gem in Kaş that i would visit anytime i have the occasion. Thank you to the staff who made it even better just by their presence. You can book here with your eyes closed.

We stayed 3 nights in a room with sea view late May for our family trip. Hotel has private patio making it so easy to jump into the awesome sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Esra Hanim took good care of our comfort. Overall we enjoyed our stay and for sure will make the effort to come back again.

It is nice location with sea water access. Staffs are nice and helpful. But the room with partial ocean view is very small. Barely having space to open two carry-on without block the path. In general, it is tourist busy area. If you like swim and restaurants, it is a good choice.

I have stayed at the hotel for 10 years! Amazing views! The hotel is up for sale we we not told!sun bed towels not washed out over balcony to dry! Bathrooms dirty! Had meal beach restaurant cheese salad! Lettuce and struggled to find cheese and very expensive! Breakfast struggled for coffee place strong dirty but range of Turkish breakfast! Staff friendly but no one training what to do ! Saw them fill water dispenser from tap

Only a couple of minutes walk separate this property from the town center, where you will go for entertainment, dining, and other activities. The room was large enough to accommodate three adults during our two nights here. While I didn't mind, I can see why some of the guests didn't enjoy the hotel's beds; they could and ought to be a little thicker to provide the additional comfort that some of us demand. You get direct access to the sea and bar service because it's a beach property, however, their beach bar menu is rather expensive. I guess I don't need to say anything more than that breakfast was fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. It was easy to check in and leave, and it was nice that the property had a private parking area just in front of the entrance. My advice to the property management would be to provide a complimentary coffee and tea service, for instance, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. This is a really simple and reasonably priced solution that will greatly benefit your visitors.

Lovely location with a great pool deck and always enough sun loungers for the guests. Rooms are spacious and clean. View is incredible. The wifi is basically non-existent though (not just in bedrooms but all areas of hotel) - we let them know about this and still nothing was improved. Breakfast has a wide variety of options but didn’t always look very fresh and ran out of stock of the nicer warm breakfast options.
