10/10 Exceptional

We stayed at Birka hotel for 4 nights. The room was small (10m² our choice) but clean, was cleaned every day and the breakfast was tasteful. It is very close to all kind of transportation and 15 minutes away from the city center. All the girls at the reception and breakfast were very polite, very smily and always ready to help us! They all spoke English fluently...we had a wonderful stay, we highly recommend it! Thank you all very much! Athina-Stelios Greece

Nice staffs, I said to them I felt cold in the room, then they gave me heater and blankets. Very good.

6/10 Good

The staff was wonderful. The stairs to check in were difficult for me as there was no handrails .there was an elevator but it sounded iffy. The room was clean comfortable. But we could not find directions for the air conditioning. I liked the location. We picked this hotel based on location and price and that it has a breakfast , unfortunately the breakfast was not served til to 7am and we had to go to the airport at; 6.am. No bagged breakfast was given. We asked.
