I didn't realise that the property didn't have a lift to carry our luggage. May be that I should have checked it properly beforec the booking. However, as soon as we entered the code to open the door one of the staff (Katie) walked in from outside and helped us. She took our bags to the second floor. She also asked one of her neighbours to help us too. She was kind and so helpful to answer our queries. We both were relieved. Our room had clean linen and a comfy bed eventhough it was small. Area surrounding the property was safe to walk in the night. Few restaurants down the road to grab some food. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The flat is centrally located near the central station. Noise from the traffic from 6 in the morning to midnight. No elevator. A few investments in furniture could considerably improve the quality... it is supposed to be for up to four people, as there are two double beds. But only one sofa to sit on, 2 spoons, etc. A nice balcony, but no chair or small table. We never received the information. Reception was virtual...but they never picked up the phone or responded to emails. Hotel.com's staff had to help... they could get in contact with the owners, either... luckily, we have a Polish friend who finally just arrived an hour before our arrival, got the needed information to enter.

The property was clean, spacious and warm. The bed was super comfortable. Perfect location with a 15 min walk into the old town and ten mins away from a supermarket. Tram stops nearby, though Krakow is very walkable so we never used transport. Property manager really helpful and allowed us to store our luggage due to having an evening flight on our last day. Definitely recommend.

The apartment was much bigger and better than I expected. Pictures somehow don't mirror how big the property is. Full size refrigerator and oven, a lot of utensils, washing machine and even capsules for it - I found everything.

The room itself was fine, and the building. However, I would not book this property on the Exp platform. This is because this platform does not seem to have proper communication with the property. Everything is supposed to be "virtual" check in etc but I realized the morning of my reservation that I had no info about how to get into the building. I was able to call a phone number and after a few tries got in. I would book this hotel again but direct with the hotel. The communication needs are such that you need to have a direct connection on check in details. Finally, EXP lists laundry as an amenity but that is not the case. Others do not list laundry, so Exp needs to remove this amenity from the list.

Apart Hotel nur wenige Schritte ca 100m vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Es befindet sich direkt an einer Straße mit 20 min Tram Verkehr welche jedes Mal auch in dem zum Innenhof gerichteten Zimmer zu hören war, wegen den Schienenstössen. Zimmer zum Flur nur durch eine Dünne hellhörige Innenraumtür getrennt, Zimmer von aussen mit normaler Türklinke Gäste aus Nebenzimmern könnten einfach reinspazieren wenn man nicht von Innen absperrt, Inneneinrichtung - Steckdosen lose, Sicherungskappe im Bad abgebrochen, Duschgestänge im Bad fällt fast ab hängt am seidenen Faden, Heizkörper im Bad viele grosse Roststellen, Laminat abgestoßen und gebrochen zum Teil, Wände zum Teil wohl Rigips und dadurch hellhörig, bei Zimmerbezug ging der Kühlschrank nicht, TV Receiver Wackelkontakt. Rundum Bedarf einer Auffrischung und bei den Zimmern zur Straße denke ich gut für Frühaufsteher - man wird bestimmt von Schienenstöße Erfahrungen geweckt.

Готель розташований в зручному місці. Недалеко від вокзалу та історичного центру. Персонал любязний, чисто, затишно. Я зупинялася в студії, номер невеликий, але я була одна, так що достатньо. Ліжко широке, зручне.
