Slow check in, made me wait 20 minutes just because it wasn't 3pm yet. First room smelled like cigar. Second room was okay but one towel had no been changed. Breakfast was okay but the coffee machine was broken, so just one small coffe cup for me.

It was so convenient, great parking. However, the pool is repaired and you feel uncomfortable walking inside with a lot of bumps all around, it must be repaired immediately. The fridge was not cooling properly. The phone was not working to call receptionist.

El hotel no es pet friendly, al llegar con nuestra mascota nos comentaron que el hotel no tenía dicha característica, nos dejaron estar con nuestra mascota solo porque mostré que en la página de esta aplicación si decía que era pet friendly. La habitación que nos dieron era de las de peor condición, había una gotera en el techo de la regadera y el lavabo estaba roto (no se si nos dieron esa habitación por traer a nuestra mascota). La comida no era tan mala pero era lo mismo todos los días con pequeñas variaciones. El personal no era malo pero si un poco amargo. El agua de la alberca estaba turbia.
